I thoroughly enjoyed this race tonight, and wasn't disappointed. I hated to see that caution towards the end that may have changed the outcome, but we'll never know.
The World of Outlaws & Dirtvision have reignited my passion for auto racing, after losing much interest in NASCAR after being a fan of it since the 80s.
Bravo Bristol!!!
You spelled Nascrap wrong
You spelled Nascrap wrong
Yeah, NASCAR should have probably not tightened the rules so much and left the Chase alone at 10 races for points. Stage racing is not bad, but the Chase was probably fine as it was.
Gravel is a hell of a driver! Wow what a night!!
Yes, and that car looked like it was on steroids too....great job by the entire team!
Someone needs to get him in a truck for the knoxville race too
We're with Gravel and Donny Shatz still putting on a show.
WoO Sprint Cars at the Bristol Dirt is awesome! I LOVE how fast as hell they go😍😍😍😍
Honestly as soon as David Gravel broke the track record, he was the man to win!
About 150 mph average probably.
@@ethanweeter2732 beautiful
Man i love seeing my local track back open and on gravels car getting the name out there
Same
Pretty cool 😎
Lovin the haudenchild Pennzoil throwback 22
A lot of victories with that car.
Takes balls to flat foot it around that track in a sprint car.
Takes guys to drive those cars period.
Awesome to see gravel win!
Man so awesome! First year following the series. Went to Kokomo IN to see them for the first time and it hands down the most exciting motorsport out there!
i was just there. first time ever there. best experience ever
Greatest show on dirt for sure. Never watched a WOO race live, but being from Ohio love NASCAR and sprint car racing. Big Blaney, Larson, and Swindell fan. Liked Lasawski too.
Way to go David. Man “ Great Job. You have it Dialed in now. Let’s Goooo ......👍👊
Man! And I thought the crate and late models were fast(!). The sprints are just flat out flying! Awesome race.
With that wing and all that HP, they can go around there in 13.5-14 seconds probably easily.
GREAT RACE ON A GREAT TRACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great drive D.G.!!!
WhAt a fantastic event
Was there last night. Loud, fast, and awesome.
Everything we could’ve imagined!
Let it be told that every time the outlaws hit a track where the speeds are very high DG shows up and isn’t afraid of going fast
Y
DG always good on the big 1/2 miles.
Hi can't wait to you come to Jacksonville Illinois
I'm here too !! Love it !!
The Friesens have been family friends for years
Awesome
Way to go David.
Awesome job David
Love that gravel comes from a part of the country where it's only asphalt modified racing or big block modifieds and rips in a sprint car
Best track!
Drove out of their life after that caution! Way to go Gravel!
Hope the rain COMPLETELY changes the track and racing for Sunday. 100k to win would also help
Great job DG
Gravels been fast
Awesome race
I find it amusing that the Sprint Cars on dirt run in the 14s and the NASCAR guys on pavement run in the 15s on this track. That tells you something about the intensity of Sprint Car racing.
Damn another rough night for schuhart😭
These rough nights are starting to stack up! Bummer!
Hopefully Shark racing redeems themselves tonight. Even the 1a got sick and never turned a lap .
Oh Yeah!!!!!
If you weren't there just know it was gravels night
Woohoo DGR My Man.
Gettin down
Go Gravel!
Am I the only one who wasn't really that entertained? I was super stoked for Bristol. But, I'd rather see them at the bullrings or 3/8ths tracks.
100%. I LOVE racing and was FAR from entertained. They never really raced. 130 mph parade
A A Ron didn’t need that caution. He was packing that Beef up until then.
Go brad sweet
The track was too good tonight, flat out and straight that long can’t believe there wasn’t a lot of blown motors
Too bad caution came out. Was gona be the only racing we saw all night
I heard Reutzel was closing. He had 5 laps on a restart starting behind his tail tank and was not in the finish photo. Hmmm.
David Gravel wins At Bristol Dirt
Snooze. Called this months ago but I'd pay for Kokomo/i55/any other exciting short track over Bristol. Cool for sure but let's bring it back in another 10 years.
I agree. The speeds are awesome and I’m sure it takes some balls and skill to sling it around that track. As a spectator though, the smaller tracks are much more exciting to watch
@@joshrenshaw604 agree. It was a snooze fest for me. Couldnt keep family interested. We blew crazy money and left before the A
So they're running Selinsgrove speeds.. What's the big deal?
Is that Dust or Rain we see in the video?
Dust, I was actually there in Bristol
Dust. When they ran there 20 years ago it was a red mushroom cloud over the track. One of the best events ever!
@@JosephGarriganIII Yessir
These things run faster lap times than the nascars.
What speed did they top out at???
130 MPH PARADE :(
Just wanna point out that they are running quite a bit quicker than the nasqueer pavement track record..... of 14.56 seconds and 131.7 mph
😎
AVERAGE 130!?!?! You guys know how ridiculous this is right?!?
This looked like the least exciting track these cars will be on all season. Fast as shit, but boring racing compared to real dirt tracks
Well for one its sketchy as shit there not meant to go straight for that long and at those speeds your hanging on for all you got, I'm sure the 2nd race will be a bit more competitive.
@@trentlothringer2867 It wasnt that, it was the lack of passing and the asphalt vibe it brought. Watch their wheels hardly even turn going through turns. No sliders, no excitement at all. Just pure boredom honestly. These guys arent meant to run tracks like this. Its way more exciting on smaller actual dirt tracks
@@JonDoeGuy I get what your saying, but have you watched when the outlaws where there in 2001?? You should look it up on you tube
I was there tonight and it was an absolute snooze fest for both series. They would just immediately space themselves out and go through the motions. I get it, there was only one true line and everyone was flat out, so it just took away the finesse aspect of it. Literally in the middle during one of the driver interviews the guy essentially said "Man, I hope the modifieds work the track in differently, because this is boring racing for all of these fans."
@@dshot5415 yea it definitely needs to slicken up and widen out to make a good race
OK how many more laps did Larson need to win 8? 30? 152?
17
He wasn't super fast tonight. I don't think he would have caught gravel.
Gravel wins on the gravel.
Cant really do sliders. straits too long, too high speeds and basically drove like an asphalt track. IMO
How can I get a outlaw sticker
Go watch an outlaw race
No patience for the 83 with 5 to go.
I know I didn’t get that either slide high and lost his momentum
130mph average speed lol. Outlaws can run almost 150 mph average at Rolling Wheels
That's alright...The Eastside Outlaws can't hold a candle to the Western Sprint tour going on.
Bull shit even time it's raining. Change the schedule. Dam
The East Coast Outlaws ain't half as fast as the West Coast Sprinters......
Disgusting that the stands are empty... that ruins the purpose of even going what a joke.
East Coast Outlaws can't drive on the Western side cause they don't know the way !!
Enjoy the racing, but can't stand the annoucer's voice.😬
Larson who????!!!!??
Haha 😂 theres always one gotta love it
Right. When the cars race as LAME as Nascar, you get lame, nascar results. Larson sucks unless hes desperate I guess.
Guess you wasn't paying attention. With ten to go he was in tenth. At checkered flag he was in fifth, about to take fourth. He figured something out. See if it transfers to tonight. Track will be different again.
@@tcjohnson3437 the Larson haters man let them hate haha 😂 it’s funny everyone hates a winner ......
@@bradeymckenzie8901 Yeah , I thought they were racing sunday. They are , but Larson will be at Talladega. This should still be a good race though.
