This is amazing!!! I wanted to make use of my 3070 for these kind of things. Do you only use the ingame setting to set these graphics quality or do you use any other third party app such as reshade ? Thanks

Nah. The rule of thumb is default wheel settings. After that adjust to your liking. Put everything on max, like ffb and other wheel settings and adjust from there. Try that way.

Like amateur, enthusiast and pro? I have to be a software developer in order to get it right AFTER the fact that I paid for the game.
@@Robbe1984 embrace the learning curve. Spend two hours in one week tweaking, trying, changing, etc. Search for suggested settings for your set up online. I remember the frustration I had when moving from GT Sport to PC2 and ACC on PS4, then again onto RF2 and the rest on PC. However, the more you play the more you get out of it. It's your hands, your understanding of how a car should feel, you'll end up working out how to get what you want and will never look back!
Hey, did you use rain tires or slicks? With rain tires it is impossible for me. I don't feel it what the car is doing. TC is almost useless, is it working? I'm talking about gt3 cars
@@dubtube6691 start with a low power car. Not caterham! That's a different game. Use a mini. When I tested the mini it didn't have rain tires. Maybe they update it and don't put 85% wetness. Star with 15-30. And use official tracks. Start there. Off course, throttle input is important but I can't say that's the reason, I'm not watching but you have to get the car moving. If when testing the car has a wing give it some points of downforce. It also helps.
Is only racing with 1 car, if he had done a race, with at least 25 cars, amazing, but no, RF2 could be the best in felling, FFB and handling, but is the worst optimized shit show! S397 is just a bunch of bad coders, since they bought the game from ISI, they have introduced so many bug, that they are unable to fix it, just look at the new Nascar sim, a joke!

All max settings. On the menu that opens when you try to launch the game, on steam, all max. The thing here is; i Haven't found a pattern on how to have always this looks. It is dependent on the amount of rain on the track. Going from practice to race impacts the final looks of the track conditions but there is not much info on the web ( i didn't found any black on white info) about real road and weather settings! I didnt use any filters.
Nope, default settings. Did you calibrate your monitors ? I have exactly the same thing after calibration, problem is almost everybody don't calibrate their screens so colors, brightness and contrast are terrible almost all the time.
@@dennisgrigaliunas not in game, calibration is an overall thing, default settings are surely way too bright and colors are surely not correct as well. Main problem might be brightness and contrast actually, shadows and lights in game are very calibration dépendant
RFactor 2 can also look very similar to this. This video has a little make up on the edit side but i have a lot of rFactor 2 videos where the game looks even better. It's a hassle to get it right, you have to lose time with it.
so and now compare this to AMS2 on visuals (not the physics AMS2 FFB sucks and physics shit) AMS2 looks 100x better :) but still rF2 is my favorite sim ever.
I think rfactor 2 is a hidden gem, visually. Needs a lot of tweaks for proper night racing, reflections and so on but visually is stunning, in some settings. Ams2, i agree almost always looks good but sometimes, it looks really odd. I am glad they added the historic weather, almost always looks stunning.
Hi! I Don't know. Locked at 60 because of the monitors. Plenty of them, though, with no one on track like in the video (+90fps). If your thinking triple 1080p it doesn't even break a sweat with such a GPU. I have a 2080s and it's enough for triple 1080/60 fps but if your talking triple 27 1440p that's another game. In some titles the 3080ti might not be enough for +90fps at triple 1440p. Depends on what you game and at what settings. Mind you; 3080ti demands a good CPU for optimal performance!

Don't get me wrong, a 3080ti is a beast and lots of people use triple 1440p with it or with slower cards but 1440p is no longer 60fps. 1440p at 144hz with everything ultra in some games is just not possible. A 4080 should deliver much higher performance, yes! And watts consumed😁. My 3080ti runs at 350watts more.or.less.
There's no way that's rFactor 2. First off, the Ferrari 488 GT3 doesn't sound like that in that game. That sounds like the ACC version of the car. That coupled with the fact that those graphics have ACC written all over them, in gunna have to say that's ACC.
@@Vapod If I'm wrong, then there are very heavy modifications to the game, which still means it's not rFactor 2, but a heavily modded version of it with different engine sounds and graphics.
@@Kultivater this is rfactor 2, the thing is, you haven't spent enough time tweaking, didn't believe it was possible and you have to have the hardware to run BUT, this is rfactor 2 without a single filter! My thing is not to lie to the public. Believe me and give me back my thumbs up😉.
@@Vapod I have an AMD Ryzen 7 3800x OC @4.5GHz, with an XFX Speedster MERC 319 Radeon RX 6700XT OC @ 2900MHz. I assure you, I have run this game at 100% full graphics easily. And it's not just the graphics. It's the sounds. Everyone knows rFactor 2 has shitty engine sounds, and no setting or hardware will change that, so like I said, heavily modded.
