Way back when the US Govt was signing treaties with Indian tribes, some tribes (mainly Cherokee) started selling "being part of" their tribe for $5.. so that the person's ancestors could benefit from the treaties the government was signing. You should care about corporations trying to continue practices that they know have contaminated water sources previously. Because water treatment plants are part of our crumbling infrastructure...these contaminates could create a bigger problem than the Flint, MI water treatment failure. I find it astounding you don't care. You must have a lot of faith in your local/regional politicians, for example county commissioners, city government, and water board members.
If you do not care about others´suffering, life will show you the same suffering so as to help you understand that empathy is the only way to create a better life.
