When I came back to the city in 03-04 I asked my brother what the heck happened to the city, the city looked like a bomb went off in it. I have visited the hood in Birmingham and their streets, infrastructure and other quality of life structures are on point.. Meana too old for that and he needs to become civically engaged cause the quality of life in New Orleans is shitty
