Battery life of my nothing phone 2a does even last 2 days even on silent mode. I have tested it by not even using it at all and give less than 2 says. Works on wifi and kept all notifications off including the gylph
Nothing phone performed better here but with casual use including standby time and turning on and off the phone constantly, also using 5g, the iphone will do better
Very realistic test. Love it so much. Both are great performers. Only reason Apple losing here because of the processor. It’s much more powerful as the reviewer also said. Which costs a lot of battery in the gaming and 3dmark benchmarks.. otherwise it would have been even more similar. I love that you kept everything automatic as out of the box
This test is so bad. The iPhone is losing cuz it's keeping it's display turned on longer than the nothing phone.... Can't u just disable auto turn display off, set brightness at readable level and run the same app on each phone?
thats not the point of the video. theres other videos where that is the point of the video. you can check those out. this video's point is to show how both of the phones battery life will stand with power saving techniques and day to day usage.
He kept both at automatic and how it should be out of the box. So if Apple makes the brightness stay higher in same situation it’s not his problem. Reality always hits people hard.
@@Tealtealr wtf does reality got to do with it, brighter is better readability and fyi i have both the phones, i use the 2a as my primary and the iphone 15+ as my secondary for just photos n stuff, the 2a's auto brightness is way dimmer on auto mode and this is from my own personal use age and not from watching videos online, how's that for reality 🤭
@@kmshyamsundar because its a real world situation. this battery test isnt exactly comparing battery capacity as much as it is battery management and real world situations. and yes, maybe brighter screen means better readability, but it also means more eye strain. if you absolutely have to, you can just change the brightness anyway. but having them both on full brightness and playing youtube videos for a day straight isnt really a realistic situation. maybe this video isnt what you were looking for, but its not a "bad" comparison, it just serves a different purpose.
Thank you. Thank you!!!!!!! There's now a bigger chance that I will buy Nothing Phone 2a and not iPhone 15 Plus or Nothing Phone 2. Thank you! I watched two videos of yours where you reviewed these phones and I think I finally decided to switch from my Xiaomi Redmi 6 to Nothing Phone 2a! Wait, hold on. No headphone jack????????????? might be searching now for a way to use headphone jack. or might be looking for good earbuds. we'll see. i'll probably buy this phone 2a anyway. thanks.
So people were hyping so much about the battery life of 15 plus and this is the result. I would say it just *meh*
I love watching such videos of small but awesome creators
Kudos to your hard work man

In power saver mode, it should do better imo.
The best thing about iphones is minimal battery drain overnight and long update cycle.

iPhone is not good smartphone. Expensive toy
A good enough smartphone but little too expensive
