- Naomi Judd lived in her beloved Peaceful Valley for decades. Now, as the property enters a new season, I wanted to create this video as a tribute to the home she loved. Making it has been cathartic for me, and I hope it might help others to feel a sense of closure as the house changes hands and time flows on like a river.

Oh goodness this touched my heart. I am not judging the sale but it is another sad development atop immeasurable tragedy. Naomi spoke so lovingly about her land and home in interviews and seeing the house empty is sad, especially her beloved kitchen and the office with all those awards and career memories. I pray her family, friends and fans are comforted however best for each. Rest in peace, Naomi. You were precious and deserved none of the torment you battled for so long. 💝 And thank you Jennifer for creating this video. What a heartfelt video. I sold my parents home after my father went home to our Heavenly Father. It was my childhood home where my son was also raised over the years. Hardest day was the last drive out of that driveway. This song has always moved me.
It was such a tragic end to this beautiful souls life. I can’t imagine how hard it was for her husband to be in that house after her death. And her family too. I pray for all who are hurting. Rest In Peace Naomi. 🙏💔🦋🎶

That is a beautiful, special and unique home - just like Naomi. I understand how hard it is to live in and around/near a home/place that caused trauma & sad memories. I know firsthand. Moving on is one step in a person’s grief journey. So I empathize with the family. May they find peace. However….I believe her beautiful spirit will forever be there watching over. We miss you, Naomi. Rest easy 💔💕💜🙏🏽

This is such a beautiful home and it is very sad as it was the center of her world. Must be very painful to stay and even more to let go. She keft it to Larry and im sure that she thought whatever made him happy would be fine. Just another era closed. The daughters probably feel the same. Always sad and many pages to turn when a chapter ends.

This is very sad. Ive always wanted to meet Wynonna and wrap my arms around her. Im a huge fan. Prayers to the family. Naomis husband Larry,has moved on,and has a lady friend now. 😢
Nice to know 40 years meant so little to him. Naomi Judd was a beautiful person.
This hurts. Yes, time is the great healer. But it is the not knowing the measurement of that time that often challenges the pain side of the human ❤. For all you gave, in so many ways and especially from your heart, Naomi, we, with grateful hearts, will never forget.
So sad...I'm sure there were a lot of good memories there as well. AFter all the grandchildren were raised around there and she had so many family get togethers but I guess its just too painful for Larry and the girls.
I wish they had passed it down to the grandkids. Thats a shame. Beautiful home.

I can understand the many reasons Larry sold the property, but it is still heartbreaking. And rumour has it Ashley sold her property also, or is in the midst of selling it.
I remember there is stone bridge on the property. If you watch The Judds vhs video documentary, "Naomi & Wynonna: The Farewell Tour", you will see Naomi, Wynonna, and Larry on the stone bridge, and Naomi had a carved stone with her and Larry's name on it embedded into the bridge, I think it was marking Naomi and Larry's wedding day. Wy asks how she can get her name on the stone bridge, and I think Larry responded with, "get married". It was a very nice segment. I am curious if the bridge is still on the property (for sure it must be) with that particular stone still embedded. And there is a good segment in the video of the three of them in Naomi's kitchen.

@@jenniferbitman I am re watching that documentary now. There are 3 stones embedded into the bridge. One with 'Love, Faith, Courge'. One with the date Naomi and Larry got married, with their names. And one stone with the date Naomi, and Larry met. Absolutely gorgeous property.

They live on adjoining farms nearby.

Kinda sad they didn't have a Memorial Garden on her Estate...Lay her to rest there..Maybe she made a request for another location..
