Stockport is an affluent town so the problem must be shocking in places like Oldham and Burnley.

It has affluent areas but it is not an affluent town

It's far from an affluent town. Sure there are affluent suburbs but at the same time there are very deprived areas here too

@@anonymousinternetaddict It has Brinny, Adswood and a couple of big estates but there's Bramhall, Heaton Moor, Heaton Chapel, Cheadle Hulme, High Lane, Marple and Heaton Mersey at the posher end, I'd say average Stockport is Davenport, Woodmoor, Heavily and Hazel Grove, it's not your typical large Northern town.
Anyway I was just trying to point out albeit clumsily how bad the problem is if it's a problem in Stockport.
