What happens if you do not link for FMCSA Portal to clearing house? I have registered for clearing house but I have not linked my portal due to a login issue. I have contacted FMCSA to resolve the issue but I don't think that it will be resolved in time as they are taking forever to respond. I was able to enter my personal CDL information as I am an owner operator and I am the only one that drives my truck. Will I legally be able to drive my truck on January 6th if my portal is still not linked to clearing house? Thanks, Brandon.

Brandon, this is definitely a question for the FMCSA directly. You may try to reach them at: 1-800-832-5660 or 1-888-368-7238 or email them at: Clearinghouse@DOT.GOV

Do drug testing consortium companies need to register and submit results? Or is that on the employer?

Do you only report Positive and Refusals for clearinghouse?

Yes, you must report positives, refusals, and information regarding return-to-duty status, etc. For information regarding REPORTING, please see: clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/Resource/Index/Report-Violation-CTPA
