Yeah, uh, unbelief is a *sin*. But if Jesus died for *all* sins, didn’t He also die for everyone’s unbelief? Jesus’ invitation doesn’t gloss over any sin, much less the sin of unbelief. Instead, He says “Repent (of your *sin*)” and believe the gospel.
@@CBTnVVT unbelief doesnt make room for forgiveness because you dont even believe in the one who forgives. So if you dont believe in Christ your not worried about an heaven or hell. If you sin all the time you're forgiven because the belief of deliverance through Christ is there. Belief is faith. Atheist dont worry about sin because they dont believe, therefore they don't sin(theoretically) If I dont fear danger, I dont walk in fear. If i dont walk with Christ I dont fear repercussions.

God gave me insight while watching this lesson. He showed me why it has been an endless defeated battle to quit smoking cigarettes. Every time I had any emotion I would want a cigarette. Happy, sad, angry, satisfied, unsatisfied, worried, confused, drained, broken, rejuvenated, ect, ect, ect! What would I want to do, smoke me a Newport..... I tried going from 100's to kings. I tried spacing them out. I tried quitting cold turkey. Nothing ever worked! My loving, patient, graceful, forgiving, amazing Father just peeled back the smoke sin had in my life. I treated smoking more like my God then Him smh. He wants me to go to him for all my emotions, instead I went to squares and people and God knows what else..... Pastor Mike, thank you for this FU series, I probably would have held this against myself for a long time. I'm just grateful to have such an amazing God/Father and an amazing King/Savior. If you love God you would hate sin. None of us is perfect and we will all sin, BUT we must repent our sinful ways. Be careful who you follow and pray for discernment.
I believe that when you have a close relationship with Jesus Christ, you will feel convicted when you sin. You have to be connected to other believers to hold you accountable and to share their knowledge and experience in a Non Judge mental way. It’s also very important that one stays in the word meaning read her Bible so that the message can start traveling from there head to your heart! We are imperfect human beings and God knows that but he also knows our heart. He isn’t looking for perfection but he’s looking for progression and I agree with that. However, in the Bible it does say confess all known sin. We’re like a piece of pottery that God is trying to mold into what we were always meant to be. We are just trying to be better than yesterday🙏💪😊.

I may have to watch this several times. I'm saved and i was married to a minister. That marriage was toxic and violent. The cruelty that my kids and myself suffered is unimaginable was unimaginable. He's my ex but he got remarried. He got his happily ever after. After every foul thing that he did to me and my kids. I tried to work it out in my marriage and it never worked he became more cruel and mean. I want to love again I want to trust again I believe I deserve a happily ever after all that I endured. It just doesn't seem fair. I was trying to let go and I know it's unforgiveness and I thought I forgave him until his friend sent me his wedding pictures. Anybody read this please pray for me cuz it seems like God is not really hearing me or maybe this is just the sermon to help me oh my healing journey I thought I was healed. I'm forgiven ultimately it just doesn't sem that way. Please pray for me.
I think it's hardest to forgive when the magnitude of what was done to us just doesn't seem fair esp if that person got their happily ever after. Remember this...Don't worry about what the other person is doing...run towards forgiveness, it's not for them, it's for YOU! I'm praying for you and myself too. We ALL carry unforgiveness. This is a sermon I needed after my mom died my sister took over the apartment and made me homeless. And I said I forgave because that's what I thought I had to do but yet I would get mad if I even heard her name or heard anything about her. My mouth said I forgave her but my heart said something else. I didn't know what forgiveness looked liked or how I was supposed to do it with a broken heart from losing my mom. Pastor Mike has been getting me all the way together this entire series so far 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😭😭whew. I’m working on forgiving others and myself and it’s been the ultimate struggle. I’ve also struggled with porn addiction and working on breaking myself free from that. As a woman porn addiction is rarely discussed. Learning to forgive myself has been an uphill battle
I commented about six months back on this message, but as I sit here on the train in NYC headed home from a long day of work listening to this message again I realize that it hasn’t hit me until now. I am the person who Pastor Mike said has to go back and watch this 3 or 4 times! I have been struggling to forgive people (specifically people in church leadership) who have wronged me since last year. It seems like they have all moved on and I’m still here grieving and hurt by the words said against me. But the truth of the matter is that God has cancelled all of the debt I owe him! I have done worse things to God and yet he chooses to remove my sin and love me without restriction. I pray that I will experience freedom from past hurt and extend the same forgiveness to others because now I understand that God didn’t have to pay my debt but he did with Jesus all because of love. For anyone reading this, please keep me in your prayers. I have no idea how to move forward on this forgiveness journey but I just know I need to live free. I’m tired of having people’s words about me be glued stuck to me. Thank you transformation church and pastor Mike for this powerful sermon series. ❤️ been working thru the series. I found this after his podcast with Jennie Allen. I know I’ve been forgiven - but I have struggled for over 25+ years.. with forgiveness for my mother.. not only from abuse but from the death of my sister. It’s so painful. I’ve prayed and said I’ve forgiven her so many times but then anything creeps up then I turn into that girl from years ago trying to defend and protect myself. It’s ugly and I hate it. I could really use a prayers right now 🙏 We just found out a couple weeks ago that my mom has Lou Gehrig's disease and it's taken over her really fast, the doctor said he's never seen it hit someone as fast as it has her. She came home last Friday and kept throwing up so they took her to the hospital Saturday, they gave her a covid 19 test and it came back positive Monday. My son and I went in there and visited her on Saturday and was really close to her and she didn't have a mask on so now my kids and I are quarintined, I just got a call that my dad hung himself in jail last night and is in the hospital now, I'm a recovering drug addict, single mom of 4 kids with infant twins and we are getting ready to lose our home, and now I'm missing 2 weeks of work, I'm trying to stay positive but it's ALOT to deal with. @@bruhimnotisaiah he never once said that you are not supposed to repent, he never once said that you do not go to God and give your sin up, he does not ever state this at all. What he is saying is that it's not going to believe you cannot accept than the Forgiveness in God. Romans 6 is a good it does say that must be taken to God but what we are is that it is not something we have to run a mile for, it is not something that we have to buy with insurance, because our insurance is paid in full by the blood of Christ on the cross. I have to say I heard about this series when it came out last year and I said to a friend "I don't need to forgive anyone" and then I realized that a situation triggered me and last week I told God I wanted to be freed from it. And as I said that I opened up my devotion on 1/4 that day and it was titled "Pray For Forgiveness" and at that point I realized and remembered that I needed to watch this series. This came right on time for me now in this period of being freed and allowing God to use me and push me forward to my blessings.

Yeah, uh, unbelief is a *sin*. But if Jesus died for *all* sins, didn’t He also die for everyone’s unbelief?
Jesus’ invitation doesn’t gloss over any sin, much less the sin of unbelief. Instead, He says “Repent (of your *sin*)” and believe the gospel.

If you sin all the time you're forgiven because the belief of deliverance through Christ is there. Belief is faith. God gave me insight while watching this lesson. He showed me why it has been an endless defeated battle to quit smoking cigarettes. Every time I had any emotion I would want a cigarette. Happy, sad, angry, satisfied, unsatisfied, worried, confused, drained, broken, rejuvenated, ect, ect, ect! What would I want to do, smoke me a Newport..... I tried going from 100's to kings. I tried spacing them out. I tried quitting cold turkey. Nothing ever worked! My loving, patient, graceful, forgiving, amazing Father just peeled back the smoke sin had in my life. I treated smoking more like my God then Him smh. He wants me to go to him for all my emotions, instead I went to squares and people and God knows what else..... Pastor Mike, thank you for this FU series, I probably would have held this against myself for a long time. I'm just grateful to have such an amazing God/Father and an amazing King/Savior. I believe that when you have a close relationship with Jesus Christ, you will feel convicted when you sin. You have to be connected to other believers to hold you accountable and to share their knowledge and experience in a
Non Judge mental way. It’s also very important that one stays in the word meaning read her Bible so that the message can start traveling from there head to your heart! We are imperfect human beings and God knows that but he also knows our heart. He isn’t looking for perfection but he’s looking for progression and I agree with that. However, in the Bible it does say confess all known sin. We’re like a piece of pottery that God is trying to mold into what we were always meant to be. I may have to watch this several times. I'm saved and i was married to a minister. That marriage was toxic and violent. The cruelty that my kids and myself suffered is unimaginable was unimaginable. He's my ex but he got remarried. He got his happily ever after. After every foul thing that he did to me and my kids. I tried to work it out in my marriage and it never worked he became more cruel and mean. I want to love again I want to trust again I believe I deserve a happily ever after all that I endured. It just doesn't seem fair. I was trying to let go and I know it's unforgiveness and I thought I forgave him until his friend sent me his wedding pictures. Anybody read this please pray for me cuz it seems like God is not really hearing me or maybe this is just the sermon to help me oh my healing journey I thought I was healed. I'm forgiven ultimately it just doesn't sem that way. Please pray for me.

This is a sermon I needed after my mom died my sister took over the apartment and made me homeless. And I said I forgave because that's what I thought I had to do but yet I would get mad if I even heard her name or heard anything about her. My mouth said I forgave her but my heart said something else. I didn't know what forgiveness looked liked or how I was supposed to do it with a broken heart from losing my mom. Pastor Mike has been getting me all the way together this entire series so far 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😭😭whew. I’m working on forgiving others and myself and it’s been the ultimate struggle. I’ve also struggled with porn addiction and working on breaking myself free from that. As a woman porn addiction is rarely discussed. Learning to forgive myself has been an uphill battle
I commented about six months back on this message, but as I sit here on the train in NYC headed home from a long day of work listening to this message again I realize that it hasn’t hit me until now. I am the person who Pastor Mike said has to go back and watch this 3 or 4 times! I have been struggling to forgive people (specifically people in church leadership) who have wronged me since last year. It seems like they have all moved on and I’m still here grieving and hurt by the words said against me. But the truth of the matter is that God has cancelled all of the debt I owe him! I have done worse things to God and yet he chooses to remove my sin and love me without restriction. I pray that I will experience freedom from past hurt and extend the same forgiveness to others because now I understand that God didn’t have to pay my debt but he did with Jesus all because of love. For anyone reading this, please keep me in your prayers. I have no idea how to move forward on this forgiveness journey but I just know I need to live free. I’m tired of having people’s words about me be glued stuck to me. Thank you transformation church and pastor Mike for this powerful sermon series. He hadn't talked to me in 5yrs when he reached out to me in April this year. He was in the grips of active addiction and the cycle of co dependency. He hit bottom and recieved the gift of desperation. When Father God opened that door for us , I was able to lead my son to recovery on every level of being. He is recovering from drugs, co dependency and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior! He has been shown and given so many miracles but by the grace of God, that he has been transform and born anew. I want thank you for being you and showing up for us. Thank you for severing higher purposes and striving to be the best version of yourself thereby encouraging us. ❤️ been working thru the series. I found this after his podcast with Jennie Allen. I know I’ve been forgiven - but I have struggled for over 25+ years.. with forgiveness for my mother.. not only from abuse but from the death of my sister. It’s so painful. I’ve prayed and said I’ve forgiven her so many times but then anything creeps up then I turn into that girl from years ago trying to defend and protect myself. It’s ugly and I hate it. I could really use a prayers right now 🙏 We just found out a couple weeks ago that my mom has Lou Gehrig's disease and it's taken over her really fast, the doctor said he's never seen it hit someone as fast as it has her. She came home last Friday and kept throwing up so they took her to the hospital Saturday, they gave her a covid 19 test and it came back positive Monday. My son and I went in there and visited her on Saturday and was really close to her and she didn't have a mask on so now my kids and I are quarintined, I just got a call that my dad hung himself in jail last night and is in the hospital now, I'm a recovering drug addict, single mom of 4 kids with infant twins and we are getting ready to lose our home, and now I'm missing 2 weeks of work, I'm trying to stay positive but it's ALOT to deal with. Please pray for my family and I and my mindset, strength, and faith. Thank you in advance and God bless you all 🙏😇💞

What he is saying is that it's not going to believe you cannot accept than the Forgiveness in God.
Romans 6 is a good it does say that must be taken to God but what we are is that it is not something we have to run a mile for, it is not something that we have to buy with insurance, because our insurance is paid in full by the blood of Christ on the cross. I have to say I heard about this series when it came out last year and I said to a friend "I don't need to forgive anyone" and then I realized that a situation triggered me and last week I told God I wanted to be freed from it. And as I said that I opened up my devotion on 1/4 that day and it was titled "Pray For Forgiveness" and at that point I realized and remembered that I needed to watch this series. This came right on time for me now in this period of being freed and allowing God to use me and push me forward to my blessings.
