Yes sis, you are not alone. Praise be to God you reached the awareness I did too. My mother betrayed me last year, over A STRANGER. This woman was physically, verbally & emotionally abusive to me growing up. I completely forgave her. I put SO MUCH effort into our relationship these last several years. As I thought this over, complained to my husband & our child, I received this message in my spirit "how do you expect loyalty & respect when you haven't even given it to me". Ooo that hit me. I have to admit when I FIRST saw this series start I was a little upset. I was hoping that Pastor Todd would get back and give another message that would increase my faith the way that Crazy Faith did. Why are we talking about forgiveness? The way I forgave my ex husband I prayed everyday that I forgave him and asked God to make my words match up with my heart and now I am free of all that and can get on with him for the sake of the kids, it took nearly a year but forgiving can happen if your truelly willing and ask God to bless them too it truelly brings freedom

Thank you for your prayers. I’m glad I’m not alone. It wasn’t until a week after this video was released when I felt in my heart to send this to him. God will let you know when the times right to send a video to him. I am faithful that I at least planted a seed in my brother. It may take a few months or years but he will come around to me again.

If you are reading this please PRAY that the Lord will use this series to change me each week. I have such a lack of forgiveness controlling my life, I don’t believe I have ever truly forgiven a person even once. I’m so tired of the baggage, the rage and the generational curses. The anger always feel justified but then it leaves me empty handed and hardened in my heart. In faith I believe that learning to forgive is the biggest step that we as His bride - the church - can make towards bringing Jesus to stand before us again.

My oldest son who just turned 23 on December 22nd told me about your sermons. This child God has plans for. When he was four years old he had A.M.L. leukemia...which is worse than A.L.L. leukemia that is most common. He had a 30 % chance to live WITH a bone marrow transplant. He survived WITHOUT a transplant and has stayed in remission Praise God. He went through a lot of other things in life also and he is truly my inspiration. He’s been in jail since I was six months old and he was abusive to my mom and cheated on her multiple times. He even abused her when I was in her stomach. He never cared about us. I’ve seen him a few times when I was younger in jail because I didn’t know the truth about him and in my 20s a family member told me the truth about my dad and since then, I haven’t spoken to him. I can’t find it in me to forgive him. I’m praying that god softens my heart. I want to forgive him for myself to move on because I’ve been feeling so angry about the situation.

I’ve been devastated by my best friend….the worst devastation of my entire life. It left me with PTSD and Post Betrayal Syndrome. The pain has been so bad, and anger and bitterness has consumed me to the point I haven’t even been able to pray. I’ve considered committing myself to a mental institution and letting them drug me into oblivion. Last Wednesday, I went to a healing service at my church, and God did something miraculous. I’m ready to talk with her now in the presence of our pastor. I’m willing to forgive her. I can’t survive this pain and anger any more. This video has really spoken to me and I’ll be watching the rest of them.
@@Hellohoneydipdoll Oh I’m fine now. I really was able to completely forgive her. The Lord showed me that it was He that used her to tear everything down, only leaving the foundation. He had to tear down so much that I had built on the foundation that was wrong or simply man’s interpretation of scripture, and all the legalistic teaching I had been taught in my younger years, that influenced me and led to a deep misunderstanding of Him and what He wanted from me. Once I understood that, I was profoundly grateful for what happened and told her so. We’re friends again, but more like casual friends. We’ll never be close again, but I wouldn’t be mentally and spiritually as healthy as I am today had she not done what she did. It’s taken a long time to work through it, and God isn’t finished with me yet, but I’m grateful and I harbor no I’ll feeling toward her. 😊 Thank you for asking.
I need prayer to receive forgiveness from my wife whom I have abused and who then had an affair. She is safe and living with her parents and I have been alone in our house living the consequences of my actions. I have spent 7 months with the lord and am working on strengthening my relationship with him, but hers is struggling which means reconciliation is uncertain. I first pray for her salvation and her relationship with our father in heaven. One thing I've understood which has never been explained to me this way before is that forgiveness is messy. It's a process. I needed to hear that, because most times it's portrayed as though it is clean and straight forward. I am struggling with this subject in the biggest way you can imagine and at first I was reluctant to watch this message. Soon as I saw the title I was like oh no, my heart is not ready for that, but I thank God I am now watching. Hearing the way Mike explains forgives and the picking up of offence has left me feeling hopeless tbh because I see myself in all of it and I wept in my kitchen as I watched and thought this is impossible. But the Holy Spirir said with him nothing is impossible. So am holding on Mike, I am cleaving on to this series hands raised I surrender! Looking and hoping on the power of God for a change in my heart. This is one of those things where you think to yourself: if it happens it most be God. Pray for me, am on edge. 🙏

I partially watched this series when it started and for some reason it didn’t hit me as it’s hitting me now. I need this series now more than ever. For anyone reading this message, please pray for me that God would give me the faith to forgive people who have hurt me. Unforgiveness is a real thing, and I’m so sorry I let it fester. However, I'm grateful that God gave me good people who kept me happy and made me feel loved on my birthday. It happened before my birthday. I can still celebrate God's faithfulness.

This woman was physically, verbally & emotionally abusive to me growing up. I completely forgave her. I put SO MUCH effort into our relationship these last several years. As I thought this over, complained to my husband & our child, I received this message in my spirit "how do you expect loyalty & respect when you haven't even given it to me". Ooo that hit me. I had to cry, confess that & ask forgiveness. So I released my mother from that which I THOUGHT, I had the right to feel. God bless you 🙏🏽

For 2 weeks now.
I have to admit when I FIRST saw this series start I was a little upset. I was hoping that Pastor Todd would get back and give another message that would increase my faith the way that Crazy Faith did. Why are we talking about forgiveness? Then the Holy Spirit took a hold of me through this WHOLE message and then at the end when he said "Forgiveness takes Faith" it hit me. I've been trying to increase and improve my faith, but unforgiveness has been weighing my faith down. This IS the faith message I needed. God Bless you Pastor Todd! Thank you for your prayers. I’m glad I’m not alone. It wasn’t until a week after this video was released when I felt in my heart to send this to him. God will let you know when the times right to send a video to him. I am faithful that I at least planted a seed in my brother. It may take a few months or years but he will come around to me again.

I have such a lack of forgiveness controlling my life, I don’t believe I have ever truly forgiven a person even once. I’m so tired of the baggage, the rage and the generational curses. The anger always feel justified but then it leaves me empty handed and hardened in my heart. When he was four years old he had A.M.L. leukemia...which is worse than A.L.L. leukemia that is most common. He had a 30 % chance to live WITH a bone marrow transplant. He survived WITHOUT a transplant and has stayed in remission Praise God. He went through a lot of other things in life also and he is truly my inspiration. A friend sent me this sermon and I’m glad he did because I’ve struggled with forgiving my dad. He’s been in jail since I was six months old and he was abusive to my mom and cheated on her multiple times. He even abused her when I was in her stomach. He never cared about us. I’ve seen him a few times when I was younger in jail because I didn’t know the truth about him and in my 20s a family member told me the truth about my dad and since then, I haven’t spoken to him. I can’t find it in me to forgive him. I’m praying that god softens my heart. I want to forgive him for myself to move on because I’ve been feeling so angry about the situation.

I’ve been devastated by my best friend….the worst devastation of my entire life. It left me with PTSD and Post Betrayal Syndrome. The pain has been so bad, and anger and bitterness has consumed me to the point I haven’t even been able to pray. I’ve considered committing myself to a mental institution and letting them drug me into oblivion. Last Wednesday, I went to a healing service at my church, and God did something miraculous. I’m ready to talk with her now in the presence of our pastor. I’m willing to forgive her. I can’t survive this pain and anger any more. This video has really spoken to me and I’ll be watching the rest of them.

@@Hellohoneydipdoll Oh I’m fine now. I really was able to completely forgive her. The Lord showed me that it was He that used her to tear everything down, only leaving the foundation. He had to tear down so much that I had built on the foundation that was wrong or simply man’s interpretation of scripture, and all the legalistic teaching I had been taught in my younger years, that influenced me and led to a deep misunderstanding of Him and what He wanted from me. Once I understood that, I was profoundly grateful for what happened and told her so. We’re friends again, but more like casual friends. We’ll never be close again, but I wouldn’t be mentally and spiritually as healthy as I am today had she not done what she did. It’s taken a long time to work through it, and God isn’t finished with me yet, but I’m grateful and I harbor no I’ll feeling toward her. 😊

I need prayer to receive forgiveness from my wife whom I have abused and who then had an affair. She is safe and living with her parents and I have been alone in our house living the consequences of my actions.
I have spent 7 months with the lord and am working on strengthening my relationship with him, but hers is struggling which means reconciliation is uncertain.
I first pray for her salvation and her relationship with our father in heaven.
I then selfishly ask for prayer to allow her to forgive me, let me start earning her trust and return her love for our marriage.

Increase my faith God. I have forgave so many people that i am at place of forgiveness fatigue. I have been feeling like FU fr. It’s easier. I am struggling so much right now I had to come back and start this course over again. Thank you Pastor Mike for spending the time to teach on forgiveness. It makes me feel better to know that forgiveness is ugly, messy, and hard because that’s exactly what it’s looking like for me right now. I try to keep it cute and contained but on the inside I have hate, unforgiveness, and rage in my heart. I really hate saying that but it’s the truth and I have to be honest with where I am right now. Welcome back Pastor Mike!! I have missed him but did love all of the beautiful pastors and speakers that we enjoyed during his sabbatical. I can wait to learn at FU lol because baby I need to learn how to actually forgive and let go and not just say it and still hold a grudge.
One thing I've understood which has never been explained to me this way before is that forgiveness is messy. It's a process. I needed to hear that, because most times it's portrayed as though it is clean and straight forward. I am struggling with this subject in the biggest way you can imagine and at first I was reluctant to watch this message. Soon as I saw the title I was like oh no, my heart is not ready for that, but I thank God I am now watching. Hearing the way Mike explains forgives and the picking up of offence has left me feeling hopeless tbh because I see myself in all of it and I wept in my kitchen as I watched and thought this is impossible. But the Holy Spirir said with him nothing is impossible. So am holding on Mike, I am cleaving on to this series hands raised I surrender! Looking and hoping on the power of God for a change in my heart. This is one of those things where you think to yourself: if it happens it most be God. Pray for me, am on edge. 🙏

I partially watched this series when it started and for some reason it didn’t hit me as it’s hitting me now. I need this series now more than ever. For anyone reading this message, please pray for me that God would give me the faith to forgive people who have hurt me. Unforgiveness is a real thing, and I’m so sorry I let it fester. I feel like I forgive easily when a person mistakenly offends me but when a person is intentionally offensive and/or disrespectful.. that’s what I struggle with. That, and forgiving myself.
