I have 10% from a knee injury. VA has done a C&P, 2 Xrays and MRI. Can not determine whether anything was torn in initial injury but my knee dislocates and I collapse every now and then. Been favoring that knee for almost 10 years now and my chiropractor who I pay out of pocket for says I have mild arthritis in my hips and lower back now. How can I get a doctor to sign off on the VA form to state this? No doctor I have been to has heard of the claim form the VA needs signed so they won’t touch it. But I need help. Not sure how I can at least get my chiropractor costs covered by the VA.

A doctor doesn't have to use a disability benefits questionnaire. He can write a letter stating what you need.

Go to Emergency in VA, let the doctor know you are hurting. They will x ray or mri you , provide Tramadol must likely for your pain. Later on READ the x ray report after obtaining a copy from VA. I personally am now with a doctor reumathologist orthopedic, outside of VA but I continue to go to my regular VA appointments. You should go to a doctor in Orthopedics, physiatrist an specialist in those bones. I wouldn't have go to a quiro. In my case it would have caused more pain. Complain a lot to your primary care they should refer you to physical therapy.

Kinda of stupid.Back problems are more than flexibility. Pain is the main thing.

Does the limited range of motion mean you cant bend that far at all or does it mean you cant bend that far without pain?

Great question. It doesn’t mean it’s physically impossible, just that you are limited by pain. So think of it in terms of your range of motion without pain.

That doesn't make sense. I bend forward more than that just to walk. I can't stand straight up.
