In this video we set up the ol' Arrma Limitless GT for 8s parallel! That's right, we set this car up to hold four speed run batteries from CHNL to push my giant TP motor to the limits! We installed Raz Shifrin Perfect Pass V2 Carbon Fiber drive shafts, carbon fiber parts from RamJam Racing and more parts from Scorched RC! Hi, what would the benefit of running parallel be other then longer runtime? Would series be better for setup such as MMX8s and a TP 4070cm 2200KV on 8s with 2 4S batteries?
Parallel helps with voltage sag when pushing higher speeds

Hi brother I have a question 🙋♂️ why do u run so many battery’s When runing 8s ? I see other speed runners only use 2 4s ? Also love ur videos ur Geting really good at speed runs man 😅🎉
These batteries are only 5000mah, so they're pretty small. My TP motor draws so much power that the single batteries would have way too much voltage sag and cause the top speed to be slower. Doubling the batteries doubles the MAH to 10,000 instead of 5,000. It's basically like Running two big batteries instead of two small ones. I'm not the best at explanations, so I hope this helps a lil😁👍

Nice build man! What do you think caused the scorched drive shaft to pop out?
Too much vibration which causes too much heat. Completely snapped my drive cup and blew the differential. I wish I knew what the problem was, but I truly never figured it out. I've been running RamJam drive shafts with absolutely no problems now💪

@killaharliii4797 Thanks! Much appreciated 💪 I had a few really bad wreaks with my scorched parts, they could've been bent or something causing issues. But I love all the parts I get from them.
Is the 1/5 scale 2400kv motor good for big pinions.
Most likely not. You have to be careful with any scale with higher kv

What center spool are you running?
Stock spool. Just aftermarket furniture. Mugen drive cups, abec 7 ceramic bearings, scorched rc Spacers and saga gears
Can I ask what tp motor your running
It's a 5680 1440kv motor. Probably the most solid motor I've owned 💪
I was watching the video and just the way the car sounds to me it's like music to my ears
