This would make a nice vacation cottage, but not as someone's only home.
For one thing, it would probably not survive a hurricane's storm surge. For a beachside home that can survive a storm surge and hurricane winds, I will choose a steel-reinforced concrete condo tower every time.

Have to finish job in South Carolina about 3 to 4 months will you be in Belize. Maybe 2 lots as close to the beach as possible. Noticed that at the entrance to secret beach there is roads to the left. What are the properties going for?

It would be nice to mention currency in your videos. Belize uses both Belizean dollars and US dollars (2 to 1 ratio). Since your viewers are all international (not all US), currency is important. I am always shocked when people ignore this
All real estate in Belize is listed in USD.

Yes I would love to do something like this up on pvc pipes filled with concrete to bedrock. How for down is bedrock? How much is the lot or is included with price? 3 bedroom? I'm a master plumber would love to work a little is that possible in Belize??

Hi there, the financing typically will come from a vendor or seller. In some cases our clients will do a HELOC loan out of the US to fund their acquisition here in Belize
