『青春の輝き』（せいしゅんのかがやき、I Need to Be in Love）は1976年にカーペンターズが発表した楽曲。リチャード・カーペンターとジョン・ベティスとアルバート・ハモンドが作詞と作曲。
リチャード・カーペンターによると、生前のカレン・カーペンターが最も好んだ曲とのこと。ヒットチャートの最高順位は、アメリカでは1976年6月24日のビルボードホット100 (Billboard Hot 100)で25位、日本はオリコンで62位[2]であった。日本で1995年にテレビドラマ「未成年」でエンディングテーマに用いられ、1983年に逝去したカレンを知らない若年層に大好評を博したという。

According to Richard Carpenter, this was Karen Carpenter's favorite song when she was alive. Its highest chart ranking was 25th on the Billboard Hot 100 on June 24, 1976 in the United States, and 62nd on the Oricon chart in Japan. In Japan, it was used as the ending theme for the TV drama "Minor" in 1995, and it was said to be very popular among young people who did not know Karen, who passed away in 1983.
