My may the 4th was lit! Went to Philly Comic-Con, met and spoke with Hayden and Rosario! And the whole time I was around Star Wars fans who were filled with different opinions but never argued. It was very very refreshing and nice

He could be a "new & original" take on the character for the upcoming "Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man" animated series later this year and then possibly transition to live-action in Spider-Man 4 or other future MCU films.
Only thing I can think of about Superman’s suit reveal is that maybe it’s not his actual suit and maybe Martha Kent made it for him maybe his actual suit got locked away in the fortress of solitude from jor-el or maybe lex Luther cloned Superman so making a bazarro Superman and stole the suit and Martha Kent made him that suit

Hugh Jackman is 11 years younger than Giancarlo Esposito. So you can’t really say that since Hugh isn’t too old that Giancarlo isn’t too old. The difference between 55 and 66 is huge and trying to act like it isn’t is wild.
I exatcly feel the same as Josh with Star Wars. In 2019, 2020 I was super positive and excited but after Kenobi and the mediocrity of everything else coming out in D+, I just don't care about it anymore

Star Wars is 100% not better without fans like you. It needs the mirror. Without the criticism it has no chance of finding itself again. But does that personally need to be you, that is up to you. I know for myself, the line in the sand was Obi-wan. After years of anger over TLJ, I had to decide. I had already given up on post RotJ content. but it Obi-wan sucks I am completely out of Disney Star Wars. And that is what happened. I don’t show my kids the stuff. I don’t buy stuff. I don’t watch it. I ignore it all and hold onto those six original films.
Obi-Wan really hurt me too. Such a brilliant opportunity, and such big promises. Lucasfilm absolutely squandered that potential. What we got was CW tier on something that should have been given the House of the Dragon treatment.

Gunn’s pic makes no sense. Suit looks damaged, but he’s putting it on like he’s about to go fight Vegeta’s galick gun, but he has no sense of urgency. It creates the narrative in my mind that he just got back from a battle and is pissed he has to fight again.
Even if it looks good in the film, the picture itself is confusing and disappointing. The suit is ill-fitted and has too many details that feel forced (the lines). I also wish the logo had a different texture than the blue parts. Terrible design. Reminds me of Garfield’s first Spidey suit

I’m usually in line with most of joshes takes, but the amount of copium he huffs when speaking about Dave filoni is absolutely insane. Filoni‘s miss rate is much higher than his hits, and the idea that rebels is better than clone wars is a severely disputable minority opinion, which Josh states like as a fact. Most fans rejected rebels. Tales of the Jedi is legit. The only thing Dave has done great. You say this stuff about the clone wars, yet don’t even know that that Dave barely wrote any of the original clone wars episodes. Hegets no credit for anything on bad batch outside of the first episode. The way you talk about how George just comes in is basically the same level of involvement Dave has had, so it’s ridiculous. How whenever there’s something good oh it’s because of Dave, but we get to ignore all the other trash and blame it on everyone else but him. Ahsoka Was his baby, and the writing was terrible. We all got blinded by nostalgia for the Anakin appearances, but the quality of the writing was never up to par. Dave should be relegated to his creative overseer rule, his strengths are not as a writer or Director. Then you can look at his entire catalog of behavior, very similar to James gun, where he will pick and choose whatever he wants to be canon, completely overruling previously established material on any given whim… filoni is not terrible, but it is absolutely ridiculous to hear people like you, Josh, especially prop them up with some God like savior figure, who is the only one who can still relate to us “real” Star Wars fans. You then continue to discredit yourself by showing your clear disdain for Mauler who was the biggest example exposing Ashoka’s garbageness, and then go at llama in chat saying he provided no good examples Wen that’s pretty much all you just did. Again I love you, man, but you’re completely talking out of your ass here and are on your knees for filoni. Don’t mistake me for George Lucas purist, but you had no problem doing those streams, discrediting him, even though the video you used as proof has been discredited in itself, the Star Wars was saved in the edit video, was saved in the edit… Why don’t we do a similar set of streams, exploring the history of Dave, or do you already know you may not like the results?
