Supplements in general are really only beneficial if you aren't getting all of the nutrients you need from your food. If you are eating well, you are creating more work for your digestive system by taking a bunch of supplements, and creating very expensive urine lol. AG/greens powders are essentially a powdered multivitamin and definitely not necessary! Save your money girl!

I have a similar lineup for the morning supplements 🌄. Feels like a lot sometimes, but it's worth it. Especially the Vit D3 & K2...a must. I suspended my AG1 subscription. In a recent self-review I decided that I can’t justify the cost for the ‘results’. I realized I can’t personally distinguish any noticeable physical, energy, rest, or overall differences specific to AG1. So I’m currently exploring other green supplements. Would love to hear other’s recommendations, if you hear of any!

Lol I feel the same way as you about AG1... not sure the juice is worth the squeeze. took them forever, stopped, and haven't noticed a difference either way. I think it was good insurance for when I was working late hours and not eating well, but not otherwise, shrug.

I just use AG1 on trips! That way I can use normal multivitamins that cost less during a normal week and I only use the pricey AG1 when I’m traveling and my diet is less predictable.

Try the Cymbiotica greens, they are cheaper and taste good. And, I think better quality. But, like you said, you eat a lot of greens, so you probably don’t need a supplement.

There are other greens products, available in Canada, that aren’t so much money!!! I’d do a shop around! My current greens have berry flavour so I add them to a protein smoothie and don’t gag!

You are the ONLY person who I’ve seen react the way I do with AG1(🤮). I’ve been on that for just over 3 years now I think? But I also just put it on a 6 month hold (ie no delivery until 6 months) so I can explore other options. I’ve been loving the HUM green superfood powders and Bloom green powders too and they all taste DELICIOUS, and they’re about half the price- I dunno if I’m going to do AG1 after tbh. It’s just not worth it 😬
I feel like cost of the AG1 is wildly expensive because so many influencers promote it. I like the PEScience greens or Believe greens. Half the price but still full of good stuff. AG1 is overrated IMO🤷🏽♀️

OMG! P20 is the best and only sunscreen to use! Lasts for 10hrs, also waterproof. Apply once and don't think about it again. I like the cream rather than the spray oil but sounds like you like the slick of the oil. The oil was always in a spray bottle.
Also the oil stains your clothes. I just remembered the main reason for liking the cream better.

Agree 100% I also cancelled. Definitely not worth the price they charge and honestly I didn’t feel anything from taking it….zip, nodda! Also for the price and how much they rave about it I was deeply disappointed that it has natural flavorings. If I’m going to sacrifice and ingest natural flavorings then it best taste good for it. For me personally AG1 taste 🤮. I hated and dreaded drinking it. It also gave me heartburn. So big NO for me.
