    This channel presents the daily diet in Japan. I go Tsukiji fish market to get the ingredients and prepare for the meal.
    This time I got BIG BIG benincasa hispid, nearly 10kg!
    I prepare the benincasa hispida simmered with minced chicken, that meal called soboroni.
    Preparation for benincasa hispida takes time, but the taste was wonderful and melty.
    The plate for this meal is Arita ware, that has a lid so cute!
    Very nice chinaware I got from pottery store of Tsukiji.
