Get this, Lynnwood was forced to close so the space owner could be construct new condos on the premises. I think it’s just me but I find that unfair. It’s unfair that we lost the last Cyberamic 3 stage due to a condo concept. And what makes it worse is that Lynnwood was one of the last remaining Phase 3 locations with a 3 stage show. And since the building is still here as of now, CEC could reopen Lynnwood under the owners permission since no new progress has been made on the condo concept. Unfortunately, I think that’s probably unlikely to happen.
the space owners had the right to do that, BUT what's unfair is that they just threw away a piece of history as well as peoples jobs and memories for this "condo concept" that hasn't even started. they haven't even done anything but shut the place down lol. and yeah you're right I doubt they'd reopen, everything was most likely destroyed or sent to other CEC locations, but in the slim chance they did reopen i feel like it would just be another 2.0 store :/
Former abandoned show biz then CEC near me in Reynoldsburg Ohio. For sale pictures showed the robots still on the 3 stage without costumes. Few years ago.
I remember going here before when I was 9 years old for a birthday party and it was such a great time to be there! Sad that it is going away. I still live in Lynnwood and sadly has gone away. If only other kids could experience Chuck E. Cheese again especially at this spot.
Such a shame that society would rather demolish than preserve history. This place if brought up to code could be so much more. Even if its not a CEC still has character. Condos go up in its place or shopping centers. Those awnings are what make that nostalgic. I live in a tourist town where things are constantly being demolished and rebuilt instead of preserved when they are still perfectly good buildings. So sad to see it go and all we have are the memories. Still cool that you can see the place and its not fenced in.
This Chuck E. Cheese use to look so alive and fun and vibrant unlike other Chuck E. Cheese. So sad to see it go. Thank you Chris for this vid! Keep up the good work with the video! Your the best
Sad to see this store closed and sad to hear of its fate. But I’m glad you got to see it before it closed down. Thanks for all you do Chris, Happy Easter! 🐇🙏🏻
I was always curious about going to this location, because the building was so unique. When I had the chance last year I didn’t go out of subconscious worry going by myself. Decided to try going again last month but I didn’t realize they closed the location, such a disheartening loss.
I always found it kinda dumb that this location ever had windows in the showroom. Having the sun and outdoors beaming into the showroom was poor planning. On the other hand, they did solve that issue by plugging up the walls as you said.
@@ConnorStoneProductionsthey’re stored at the SPT center, which is basically a big warehouse for them. There are at least a half-dozen shows there, including a Studio C, 3-Stage, and the last Rocker stage.
I went to the ShowBiz in Springfield mass, Do you think by any chance you could do a video there? I know the chucky cheese is closed, but I wouldn't mind seeing what it looks like now.
Hey Chris! Love your videos man! There’s an old pizza time theatre in Chilliwack BC Canada that’s now a fabric land but you can clearly tell it was a pizza time theatre! It would be so cool if you could see it! I know it’s really far from you currently but it would be epic to see you in my city! Have a good day/night!
I lived in Lynnwood fifteen years ago, I also visited this location a couple times. The new CECs misses the magical experience of these robots, art and ambience. Sad Lynnwood is not longer a suburb plenty of young families and kids as it used to be! I miss the evergreen state but not the nonsense going on in Seattle!
I almost had the chance to check out this abandoned CEC when I was near Lynnwood. I unfortunately didn’t had enough time to do so. Thank you so much for filming this place! You earned a sub 👍👍
Dude, you've been to Spokane, you know it's pronounced spo-CAN, not spo-CANE. The property managers wanted to do a month to month lease at a different rate so chuck wanted out. Did you check out the Burlington store while you were up here? It's in a completely dead mall. I'm thinking they are going to end up moving that one down south to the Everett WA area since this one is gone.
I've been going to chuck e cheese in Lynnwood since I was little and I couldn't believe it closed I thought there were just going to remodel the place so they can make it cool but no it's gone R.I.P Chuck E Cheese Lynnwood (1986-2023)
Hi! I just watched your video in the chuck e cheese headquarters, you mentioned the possibility of new animatronics (possibly for the rockstar era), do you know how much of a possibility it is if they make new animatronics?
The showroom windows were never blacked out idk when but they blacked them out maybe around 2000 when they got the bots because a clip from 1995 where the windows are visible and not blacked out and light shined through. I think they were added with the phase 4 or 5 remodel
I always thought this location looked like an office building or county municipal building from the outside. I noticed one unique thing about this location that it had a drywall ceiling instead of their drop ceiling.
Since this Chuck E Cheese is closed, This Chuck E Cheese could be replaced with a Music Venue, a Real Willy's Wonderland, A Real Freddy Fazbear Pizzeria, Something Silmiar to Chuck E Cheese or something like this.
Fell sorry for the people who work on other side of the building they very easy beyond very easy communt to for lunch and play arcade games on they lunch break
You should try to see the Studio C Beta in Warren/Niles Ohio, before they remodel, they are supposed to remodel supposedly at the end of this month start of next. Another location is Canton Ohio, Alpha stage!

lmao that's crazy. Thats the first time I've ever seen the live talk and operation in action. I don't remember our Showbiz having that capability growing up, was that in every store? The mouth responsiveness is actually quite impressive. I would have punched those brats lol. Very cool video!

Gotta love capitalism
The only reason why the CEC didn’t get demolished yet is because there is another business in the building
It’s sad the location is abandoned, but at least the building is still there, and is ready for people to visit it!
Aww... Lynnwood was one of all time favorite stores so sad to see it abandoned.
I could already tell by the 2 story in the thumbnail this would be Lynnwood. Still can't believe it's gone 😢
