Hi Dr, I have nasal adhesion between my inferior turbinate & nasal septum after polyp removal surgery. I now suffer from extreme left side dryness & pain with itchyness, I can feel something there all the time the same place we’re it’s dry. Would you recommend getting the scar tissue removed?
