Best thing I learnt from this video is how to curl a rack of ribs into a round so that it fits into an Instant Pot, letting you slow or pressure cook it- top tip!
Some looked very good. But a proper Beef Stroganoff is not made with ground beef. It is made with pieces of cut beef that have soaked in red wine for at least a day.

As an iIllinoisian in southern IL we had never heard of Chicago deep dish pizza. We didnt often even here of Chicago. But unfortunately more people only here about Chicago. 😢
some of these are still moderately popular in certain households now such as baked pasta chicken picada baked fish etc. my family is half Italian we also have boiled dinner/corn beef and cabbage
As a kid growing up on a tropical island surrounded by fish, shrimp and crabs, it was easy to jump into Biscayne Bay with a mesh bag and collect a half-dozen stone crabs before dinner. Now that they've been overfished and protected (size and number limits, seasonal only) the prices have become sky high. Whenever the season came around, we'd go out to eat stoners a couple of times a month. Now that I have to call my stockbroker every time I want to go out to eat stone crabs (and now steak!) I've reduced my intake to once a month during the "R" months. Although life sucks in South Florida now, it's still the best thing that anyone can eat that comes from the sea.
In 1970s Delaware, the blue crab was he fancy one. Regular crabs were more common. You could harvest them inexpensively from the low bridges over the coastal roads in central Delaware. Conveniently, the minimum size to keep one matched the width of the I-beam that supported the bridges.

Chicken Fried Steak is still very popular here in my state of Oklahoma
especially for breakfast with gravy and bisquits very nice thanks.🇺🇲🥩🇺🇲
Beef, not chicken
@@marceytina8456yeah or else it would be either fried chicken or chicken nuggets
What a delicious and interesting video. Thanks!
You got the chicken fried steak wrong! It's not made from chicken! It's a pounded beef steak cooked like fried chicken.
I can't count the number of names he got wrong but saying chicken fried steak is chicken is just wrong.
A+ video!
LOVE IT! What a classic video!

Good job Iowa for discovering pork chops in the '70s.
One thing that is very popular on the meals, in my country is; rice, beans, steak and fries.
Pork chops and corn cooked together? I like them both, but have not had it cooked that way.
Its not pronounced Geo-Duck clam. Its pronounced Gooey-Duck clam. Im from seattle where its popular in chowder

Geoduck is pronounced gooey duck. Learned that from Emmymade.
You never list the names of the recipes like other videos, that's why I watch theirs and not yours.
You should get your facts right. Chicken fried steak is made with beef patties not chicken. Geoduck is pronounced gooeyduck!
Quahogs is pronounced koh-hawgz. Get it right. SO many mispronounced words in this video!
Geoduck is pronounced goo'-ee-duhk!
It's not pronounced Geo-duck it's "gooey-duck"
SO many mistakes, lamentable research!

Gooey duck
