  • Today JH and Henry get to work trying to make a road out of the small length of gravel that they have to try and get Ben over the sand hill so that he can keep on with carting without getting bogged.
    Will it work?

Never cease to be amazed at the skills required to be a “farmer”.

Looks like you need a dozer JH to push out the gravel and track roll the rocks 👍

As a x grader operator 40 years experience now retired,it could be a good idea to drop the ripper down. It stops the ram or hoses from blowing out,it can happen. Instead the pull is on the ripper frame not the ram and hoses. Just a hint.

If grader uses articulation left-right-left-right-left-right and so on, it will increase pulling power in soft conditions.

  • @Ifyouarehurtnointentwasapplied

Lay the rocks in the sand at the end roll gravel over it with the grader and tire roll it in saves the trips and extra machine ✌️

Lift and lower the ripper and articulate will help get the truck out

G'day JH with the sand can't you grade it out a bit to a bit more firmer ground

I reckon as you're the West's best grade team, you'll only get bogged 9 times, but hopefully, it's only 6 😂😂

Hi if all the fuel and labour you use would it be wise to have a crusher then you won't have to chase the rocks

Would you make something to bring to the gravel pit like you have on the gypsum spreader to make a rockless stock pile before the truck arrives

Wouldn’t it be quicker with 2 trucks and one trailer on each truck.
