      Oh no.. I’m sorry to hear that! I used to struggle with that too.. being too scared to eat certain things! But At the end of the day there’s truly no such thing as “bad food”, it’s more about balance. Knowing that I can help u improve ur relationship with food makes me happy!! ☺️✨Life is too short not to be eating yummy foods😅

    Hi Maggie, I am Malaysian and I grew up eating those everyday - pandan kaya and coconut kaya.
    One hack tho, get a toastie and spread the kaya (either one) and have butter (cold) cut in slices and piece, put in the middle of the toastie - like a sandwich and eat it. Or advance version would be dip in half boiled eggs.

      Ooo I’ve heard of this method! This is the right way to eat a kaya toast ✨it sounds so yumm especially with the egg dip!! Tysm for sharing and letting me know, def try to do it the right way next time 😅❤️

    Hey Maggie, I’m usually a silent watcher but I just really wanna let you know how much I’ve been enjoying your vlogs!     Hey Maggie,
    Just an FYI
    I noticed in a few of your videos you use the same wood cutting board for your raw meat and vegetables. You may want to switch to a different board for your raw meat. Blood seeps through which causes bacteria to grow no matter how much you clean it. You also should use a different cutting board for cutting your vegetables 😊

      Tysm for ur tip!! 😌✨and I knowww .. 😩 I only use the same cutting board when I’m filming, I usually use a another (plastic) board for cutting veggies but it’s so unpleasant to listen to (in the video) 😬

      Ahaha yess I loooveee dessert 😅✨and no I don’t track my macros…, but I am now trying to cut on my processed sugar intake cause sometimes I go overboard ..🤐
