I have to agree with the other comment the bathrooms for $850,000. Those bathrooms should’ve been towel from the ceiling to the floor not that plastic cheap stuff on the wall that’s uncommon and the kitchen should’ve had a pot filler $850,000.that should’ve been laid out perfectly. They need to come off 200 and some thousand dollars off that house it’s not worth that priceof that lake in the back or not in the crown should’ve been through that bottom part of that crown molding everywhere
I had stop viewing videos for awhile because my anxiety was getting out of control and my physician told me to take it easy but know I'm back and I think I might have a relapses. My home is so spectacular that I'm speechless. The lake is very nice. I have one question why isn't this home over a million? In California definitely would be way over one million
I first preface I look for a lot of value to get my dollar as I have seen more of values for less but other than master suite rooms were small with small closets. Kitchen backsplash tile nice but May b considered offensive to many prospective buyers. Kitchen area appeared a bit small to me. Other than master bath,the other tub/shower "contractor bath fitter specials " were not impressive & were all cookie cutter with no apparent designer Input for customization. Backyard appeared undeveloped for my taste and inquiries re:pool or the No inlet/standing water /possible mosquito trap lake remains unknown to prospective buyer. In contrast for this current seller's market ,house price point for modern new construction home is anticipated.
Nope those are not walk in closets but the in law and the master bedroom have walk in closets and they need to fix those garage doors and I don't like that the house is sitting on the back of a hill
