General tips for facing Twins for anyone that is curious:
Stay healthy and reset as much as possible, being injured is what allows Victor to go on slugging sprees. If you must stay injured, be sure to buddy up with someone so they can either take a hit from Victor, or if Victor downs you they can kick him and get you back up.
Make sure to keep Victor hostage and don't crush him off your back immediately. It takes 30 seconds before Charlotte is able to recall him manually (at this point crushing him is fine), but if you crush him she will have Victor again in 6 seconds. Also never crush him off your back at all in chase, even if 30 seconds have passed. You are forced to stand still during the animation so you are going to get hit 99% of the time. She can also see Victor's aura after those 30 seconds so mind games will be in their favor at that point.
If you are 100% going to go down to Victor be sure to jump in a locker if you can. This forces Charlotte to waste time walking over to you and grabbing you which also can stop a slugging spree. If Charlotte is far away (50 meters or more ideally) you can also just do this and be safe since she won't be able to reach you in time before you can crush Victor off the locker.
Chase counterplay against Twins (Victor) is very minor and usually relies on them misplaying with Victor, they do get punished hard though if they do mess up. They are a macro-killer that requires you to play against them in the macro-game. Hopefully this helps out anyone that needs it, and have a cookie for reading all this 🍪

Countering Twins is the opposite of countering legion
Legion you want to stay split up and never heal
Twins you want to stay in 2 groups of 2 and heal as much as possible
When Charlotte sends out Victor, he has very little chase counterplay aside from hugging small objects and trash/unsafe loops he kinda struggles with, so always run as far away from Charlotte as possible so it takes them longer to come hook you
Also PLEASE DO NOT FORGET that when you hear victor’s shriek radius while he’s idle or on someone’s back, you are revealed through killer instinct UNLESS YOU ARE CROUCHING
Twins is a macroplay killer focused on the 1v4 resource and time management end of dbd

I disagree with the title. I play twins. I love clapping survivors with them, especially the ones who get a bit too cocky. lol
I don't actually think they should be removed. I just play to have fun and make videos.

gotta love when people complain about twiins because you barely see twins and also if you play twins its just like demogorgon you have to know what your doing and how to do it playing twins either goes doing amazing or doing really bad twins isn't hard to counter your just mad LOL
This is just proof of bad positioning on the survivors part. Doubling up on a killer whos whole kit is to slug to be honest the twins player took it easy on you. They gave every 2 hooks. each let you all heal etc.. They are balanced you just can't be all in the same area. I mean twins were notably buggy mess before they are fixed is all.

Completely agree. Busted ass killer. How can it ever be balanced to have a killer who is super fast, with no terror radius... AND can't be countered on loops or with pallets. Like compare that to say Wraith or Myers or Ghostface. That is so much stronger. The only downside is that if its a healthy survivor, that ability goes away and it becomes an M1 killer. But late in the game, Victor can just go around slugging everyone. Twins are so busted.
Get gud. Sounds like a skill issue. Twins can eb countered easily enough and this is coming from someone who has played twins many times. I mean, sure I clapped some survivors, but they found ways to counter me too, so it's doable. There's always ways to counter killers.

As a Twins main i disagree. You want to counter victor? Use the buddy system. There, now you will never get hooked by twins again. Happy anniversary.
