GoPro POV | USAbmx Lone Star Nationals | Elite Men - Jeremysmithbmx

This was my last race I got to record with my GoPro. After day one of the Lone Star Nationals the UCI told me I was unable to race with my GoPro anymore. Pretty bummed about that after racing with it all season. Anyways ended day one with a 4th!

So you can't record the ROC or Grands either this because of the stupid UCI Rule when their basically sponsored by GoPro? Who came up with this?

If it's a Puplic building or park you can film what you want no matter what they say. If it's privately owned building or park then you are out of luck.

jcuylar I can race with it at grands because it’s strictly sanctioned under USAbmx. The ROC is ran by USAbmx but it’s technically sanctioned under UCI so we can earn Olympic points. That’s how all the Pro Series races were ran this year for the Elite men and Women. Ran by USAbmx, sanctioned under UCI, earning us UCI Olympic points and USAbmx points.

Last Free Apache the race I’m competing in is owned by a sanction, they technically “own” the facility to host their event that weekend. They put on the race, they make the rules

@Jeremy Smith so does the rules also apply for the Vet Pro and A Pro guys as well or just the Elite AA Pros only? Now that make sense while the foreign guys race the ROC since its the last race of the year for UCI/Olympic points
