I showed my shedding cat this video hoping to inspire her by how well behaved the horses are while you brush them. She just kinda looked at me like "Yeah, well, I'm not a horse" before she took off.
Every night my cat “Butch” will remind me with a tap on my leg and a very vocal meow. I’ll tell home “if you want to be brushed then go get the brush” off he goes to his box and soon he’ll come back with one of many brushes I have for him. It’s funny how in the spring it’s usually the shedding blade he brings to me. My dad saids that cat is smarter then 90% of the human population.
What is it about boy cats? My 3 all hate grooming. No. 1, You can saddle and bridle me and take me outside but forget the grooming stuff, No. 2, Back off, I'll do it myself! No. 3, Try that and you won't see me til dinner. This video is hypnotic and quite calming. But I am feeling itchy,😂
Same! I want one of those shedding tools and go to the trail ride stable just out of town, and go crazy on the herd; just for the satisfaction and the hay and the poo smells of all the lovely horses. I miss them so...
This must feel great to them. I just watched 28 minutes of you 'shedding out' your horses and loved it. I don't need the sounds of ocean waves or waterfalls to relax, just you shedding out your horses! 🐴❤
My grandmother had a mattress pad and several seat cushions stuffed with horse hair that she had made. This vlog demonstrates how plentiful a commodity that was every spring! ❤

When I brushed old coat out of my long haired cats, I used to think I had enough to knit a kitten! Satisfying to see the old hair come out. Birds appreciate it for their nests. ❤🇨🇦
You should have seen my old dogs fur when he finally got brushed out. There was so much of it that my step dad had made a second dog out of it on the floor.
I don’t miss shedding out our horses. I remember when my daughter was just getting into horses and we helped a friend with horses shed out one of her ponies. She didn’t warn us about wearing fleece at the barn. We left wearing most of the shedded out hair stuck to our fleece hoodies.

We can all see how much you truly appreciate each one individually, Including your precious fur babies, your kitty Tiny, and dog Huckleberry. Life is not easy, and it takes a great amount of work and persistence. When I watch you I see not only a "clever cowboy", but a lovely, caring, hard working woman, who is unique in her own ways. I did miss Nigel though, another little , precious ,unique, beauty, but I understand. you gotta know they love this! Whiplash was extra fuzzy, it's very satisfying to see all that old hair come loose and fall out. You know that they appreciate it.
I wish I'd had a shedding brush/comb like this when I had my husky. I always felt the same--how much hair! and still more left! and so satisfying to get it done...over several days...
We are all weirdos, 😊 everyone enjoying the shedding & brushing, but it was satisfying, like a job well done! Pete had gorgeous dapples&colour ,Whiplash maybe the most to shed&happily Big Gus seemed to enjoy himself too👍
Lovely to spend a while there 'with ' you, to get to see the horses close up, and to feel the beauty and silence of your landscape, catching glimoses of the distant mountains, hearing birds call as they pass by on the breezes. Heaven ❤❤❤
