Plz understand true beauty is from the soul. True strength is from within, not from the gym. I wish you peace as you learn more and more about yourself and our reality. Regarding the falling off track thing, its totally real and you need to call yourself out as its about to begin, rather than after time off the track/indulging in things. Working out makes your body feel good and makes you feel light as opposed to heavy and working out helps you to take up space and walk with your head held high owning all of who you are , it helps with confidence and not playing small or keeping yourself small , working out is also a healthy way to release heavy emotions , when I used to be a gym rat , working out became my muse , released anger and tension in my body , frustration , etc. working out is more than just getting a nice body shape. It’s truly deeper than that ❤
My point is , you don’t know why she’s working out and how it’s helping her

It’s so wild how the collective conscious works. I restarted my schedule and daily rituals about 2 weeks ago! ❤️ keep up the positive vibes b if you’re feeling anything like I do I know it doesn’t feel like a whole lot right now. Though, if we practice daily then we spent our lives dedicated to the betterment of ourselves. Now that’s a life worth living
life’s a trip so enjoy presently every moment and then the present will unravel and it’ll all go how it should .

HAHA they typically bathe themselves, of course. I give them a bath every year and a half just to prevent any pest growth
