Laura is disliked by Sevan and his world but outside of that you really don’t hear it. Iv never seen what the issue is with her

Fans in the arena were really supporting Laura all weekend. Yeah she was shit-talking, but so do other athletes. It may be different in style but that’s what adds the flavour.

For event 5 if we think making it feel faster and more a race maybe the following adjustment would improve it?
    2 rope climb (maybe legless)
    10 Devil Press (100/70)
    2 rope climb (maybe legless)
    10 Devil Press (100/70)
    2 rope climb (maybe legless)
    10 Devil Press (100/70)
    2 rope climb (maybe legless)
    10 Devil Press (100/70)
Comes out to 2 less devils press and 1 less rope climb but rope climb is slower. could even alternate between legless and not.

Thoughts. You guys keep saying that it’s all about how hard gui is working in his weaknesses and thinking that physiological adaptation is purely a factor of hard work. You used the great example of Neal Maddox… he’s black too and soo is chandler… massive power output has generic components. And those same components make those “aerobic adaptations” harder to achieve. You never say… man if hopper would just work in his explosiveness he’d be just as good as gui in lifting.
The guy is working his ass off within his physiological capacity.

Not sure what the point you're trying to make is? Can you explain further?
