I am new to watching you (about 3 weeks) and you knock my socks off (even though I'm barefooted) every time! Love your process and instruction. Your finesse with the finger blade is making me want to try mine again,,,I came to paper-craft via calligraphy (from my teens) and sewing. With sewing I am used to a rotary cutter on fabric, your finger blade speed and accuracy is spot on! Thank you for all the inspiration and instruction! I'm probably old enough to be your mother, but I still want to be you when I grow up!
Yes, Sherry looks positively elegant when she cuts with her finger blade! I bought one after watching her use it. I look like a clumsy klutz, when I use mine!
@@debbietramundanas6518 Debbie, I got mine a few months ago and love it. I found by using my little finger while dragging I became more balanced and now I'm confident in its use. Have fun!
I watch a lot of paper crafting channels - the usuals like Jennifer McGuire and Gina K. But I especially love watching your feats of paper engineering. So glad to see more than just cards being made with the gorgeous paper!
Sherry I can’t believe how creative you are, I watch you every night when I retire for the night. I live on the Island of Bermuda and wish we had someone like you to teach us your crafts in person. Keep doing what you do, and thank you for bringing me joy in watching you. 🌹👍💋
You are a wonderful crafter, a great teacher, you are so clear with instructions, I could watch you for hours! You are such a kind person and it comes over in your crafting! Thank you for your time and sharing such beautiful projects!
This is so great! How do you come up with all these ideas? So smart! Thanks, Sherry. (When you were scoring the lid and saying “Score at one and two. Again, one and two,” reminded me of a trip to the optometrist.)
This project couldn’t come at a more perfect time, I ran out of double sided tape and reptile glue and haven’t been able to order. Now I have a back up box for packaging my crochet amigurumis 🥰, just a little shredded paper on the bottom and off they go 🥳. Have a blessed Saturday morning, stay safe 💕.
Beautiful! The paper you chose has an understated elegance, which really emphasizes the elegance actually. (I hope that makes sense, lol) I'm keeping this handy because I can see several uses for a box like this (various sizes also) and it will be awesome using wood-grain or antiqued leather paper. And, the brads will just top it off. It would look cool using some galvanized steel looking paper and the brads would take on a rivet look. You're an Amazingly talented lady, and your instructions are very detailed, yet not complicated... I like (and appreciate) that!! Have an Awesome weekend, God Bless and Keep you Safe in His Loving Embrace. PS keeping a Med list in our wallet/purse is a great idea and we should all do that... there's no telling when we might need the info. Also, I learned many years ago to *ICE* my cell phone (house phone also) ... *ICE* stands for *In Case of Emergency* and I have them as ICE1(name/relationship), ICE2(name/relationship), etc. Again, just so my phone can "speak" for me if I can't. Sherry, you are a Joy and have a great heart. Be well.
Hello Lovely Lady, Watching you pierce the corners reminded me of getting my ears pierce by a neighbor as a child. She would place a pink eraser behind the lobe of our ears. She would hold it there while "piercing" our lobes with the big needle. It would protect her fingers and give leverage at the same time of the piercing. This may help you not to get stuck by your tool.
Such cute boxes. I was gone for the vaccine holder. But think I will use them to make categories in my wallet. (All my insurance cards, all my reward cards...ect) thank you for such great ideas and thank you to "tealady" for such a great addition.
Your projects are always so um posh! Classy! But not intimidating! Thank you so much for the work you do sharing with us. And I just got an order of mini brads! 🤍🤍🤍
Sherry, you know I love your minis and this construction I haven't seen before. The little brads really do elevate the project and the flowers are perfectly placed. TYFS, Donna, in California.
Thank you so much Sherri, I really really enjoyed watching you create these stunning and gorgeous little boxes. Can you tell how to make a box for a dimensional card? Please, because I make cards for my family and I really would love ❤️ to know how to box them up. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
Such a beautiful box you inspire me so much and iam sure to many other viewers. Thank you so much for your time and effort you take to give us these classes.
I love your boxes so much. I’m trying to make a cash tray because I do not want to buy one. I have been doing budgeting for a long time but I have now been seeing some ladies with cash trays and I love it but not enough to buy one. I want a person spin on mine. I hope I can do it especially following your instructions.
I love this idea especially with the mini brads. Is it possible to use a hole punch instead of risking poking myself in the finger to make the holes? This is such a quick and easy idea. The special paper makes it really classy :)
I am new to your channel. I am very impressed! I like that you work slowly and repeat so that we can grasp exactly what you are showing. You also keep your workspace clutter free so that what we see is what you are teaching in that step. You articulate your instructions very well. This is the second project that I have watched and enjoyed. Both have been high quality projects that I would use. I am so happy to have subscribed and look forward to your next video. Best wishes from a new viewer.
Sometimes what you call cute is class and elegance.

I wish I could click the "like button" one hundred times. Your creations are always a joy. You are more than a paper artist. You are therapy!

So happy to see this on my feed this evening! Not seen this before 💙 😊
These boxes are awesome! I also love the projects you made, yesterday. The idea of keeping your med list in it as well, was great!
