But the level of musicality , soul and musicianship around the 70's to 90's was stunning. I'll be honest, I would not have been seen dead saying I liked a Barry White song whenI was young .....not cool please for a progressive rock/ jazz peer group🤣 but I recognised good music when I heard it. One thing, the beat should have faded out with this song, bit too abrupt for me 🙌

I'm 71 and grew up in south California in the 60s. My dad was Navy and we went from south Texas to San Diego county. Suddenly we heard music that had been ignored in Texas. As we were heading into a small town to get the keys to our new house I heard for the 1st time Easier Said Then Done from the car radio. To this day I go back to being just 13 and many great new experiences. The music then was perfect. There are still young artists I love because they know how to sing.

I'm 71 and grew up in south California in the 60s. My dad was Navy and we went from south Texas to San Diego county. Suddenly we heard music that had been ignored in Texas. As we were heading into a small town to get the keys to our new house I heard for the 1st time Easier Said Then Done from the car radio. To this day I go back to being just 13 and many great new experiences. The music then was perfect. There are still young artists I love because they know how to sing.
