    INSTRUCTIONS
    Listen to the track at a comfortable volume, with or without headphones. The subliminal does not need to be played loudly, but it does need to be audible. Avoid listening to other things simultaneously such as TV, music, or any medium where you can hear someone else talking or singing, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the subliminal. Try to put yourself into a positive and relaxed state of mind before listening. Take deep breaths, and keep well hydrated.
    Consistency is key. For best results, listen every day, preferably at the same time each day, for a minimum of 2-4 weeks. Once per day is sufficient. Results are highly individual, and some people begin to experience positive changes much sooner than others, but for full and long lasting results, it is recommended that you listen for 4-12 weeks.
    Some people experience minor symptoms such as headaches or sleep disturbances when listening to isochronic tones for long periods of time. If this is the case for you, limit your listening no more than about 1 hour a day, and don't listen at night. Trauma or bad experiences, genetic disposition, mental illness, boredom, watching too much negative stuff online, etc... all of those can be causes or can contribute, but there are more reasons as well. It's a huge question that is difficult to answer in a short comment.

    Been listening for a couple of days and already the thoughts are less. OCD doesn't have to be lifelong. Disregard all content. Eventually your brain will give up on the thoughts! You've got this!

    Day 100-115 update, 0 OCD, very very less intrusive thoughts, more positive thinking, feeling happy and healthy, and now it's helping me slowly getting RID of SOCIAL ANXIETY TOO..... this music is a blessing for us all 🙏🙏😊😊 God bless you Rebecca and your family too 🙏🙏🙏🙏😊😊😊😊😊

    omg i’m CRYING right now, i was having as always so many bad intrusive thoughts and i’ve been up all night just trying to stop letting them affect me and nothing worked until I tried this!!! I have ocd and this really helps me! when I’m listening to this none of that thoughts can come and affect me, this is great! thank you so much!!       Yea exactly I wish from that day on when I suffered from boredom which when I had it, it must’ve got into to me and I wish I had let it go from that day but it won’t sadly… I guess I wanna die now

      @@Hatredspeaks Please don't blame yourself lots of things can trigger intrusive thoughts. For me it was post natal depression and an irrational fear of losing my daughter or something bad happening.
      Then lockdown came and COVID and really I think so many people are struggling or suffering because of stress and isolation or being affected by the world's events or media. Plus in many cases intrusive thoughts can be a result of (sometimes repressed) trauma or pain?
      For me it's a self limiting belief that started with a very critical and narcissistic family...that's really when this negative inner dialogue started (as a child) and life and it's misfortunes just made it worse! So it was lying dormant and fear made it worse?
      You will have your own reasons but try to look at it like this... basically you deserve better than this (mental suffering) and try not to identify yourself too closely with your thoughts. You are more than that, maybe try to create some mental space inside...try subliminal's with positive affirmations for example or, get outside take walks, be in nature, practice self soothing routines...such as meditation or exercise.(maybe vagus nerve ones?) .look after yourself to the best of your ability, and be kind to yourself.
      When I catch myself now having intrusive thoughts I listen but I don't react angrily or with judgement anymore (because that makes it worse) I talk back to myself now in a kind manner like a friend should, sometimes trying to get to the root of a problem (figure out why) or sometimes I just talk myself out of a negative moment....by understanding the impulse behind it...and reasoning with it. . I think there is a part of me that needs love and attention (maybe the inner child) so I listen to inner child healing meditation, also I think intrusive thoughts are created by fear , so maybe try sapiens amygdala healing....or brain regeneration?

    Someone told me once that OCD and intrusive thoughts are the minds way of trying to protect us. Be gentle with yourself. Seek out ways such as this to ease the pain and know that you aren't alone, nor crazy. We all have this in smaller or larger doses in some way or another. We just react to it differently. Listen to others, send love to others and send love to yourself. ❤

      Instrusive thoughts are thoughts telling you to kys or to die or to drink bleach..maybe we have different intrusive thoughts but regardless I don't think they wanna protect us or even care about us, but maybe that's just me

    I struggle for hocd and I had always had these intrusive thoughts what had make me anxious. I was not even able to enjoy my friends company and I was so scared I lose my sexual orientation. I was point where I also got depressed about it and anything did not feel nice anymore. When I listened this it’s crazy how I got these old good thoughts in my head and I was not even able to think intrusive thoughts. God bless you for this I am totally gonna use this !!

      i struggle with the EXACT same thing. It is so relieving knowing I am not the only one. At the moment i am terrified that i am falling out of love with my girlfriend and losing my sexual orientation. I know it’s not true but i just don’t know how to control the thoughts and it’s really scary.

      ME TOOO!!! I have been waiting to hear someone else say that! I believe that since we are wired with OCD, our guides and angels protect us/our loved ones from our intrusive thoughts because they know we cannot help it. It is all to do with healing, and I like to think that manifesting only works when you *truly* want something, not when you impulsively think it/let the repression come to surface. We got this!

    this is like a form of self care 🥺💗. i’ve got ocd and am still trying to learn about the loa. there’s this one thing i’ve been trying to manifest for a few months now and it’s SO important to me, lately i’ve just been obsessing over it constantly, the loa which is something that normally helps me has become my new obsessive thougjt :/ i keep worrying that it’ll never happen and nothing good will happen in my life and a bunch of other things, so shocking though that tn or i guess this morning bc it’s like 4am, as i lksten to this all the doubts and racing obsessive thoughts are gone, and suddenly i believe and feel peace knowing that with time what i want will come to me, that nothing is impossible and that i’m loved 😳😳 this is amazing!

    I'm a reality shifter who gets intrusive thoughts a lot before I shift/when I'm trying to shift, usually of really scary stuff that I DO NOT want or shifting to the wrong reality and I get scared it'll shift me to the wrong reality.       I can relate. I feel way too empathetic for this cruel world. But remember this, we, the sensitive and empathetic people of the Earth, can see and feel the hidden beauties of the universe. Most of the people around us are blind to them.
      When you are getting attacked, instead of trying to fight these thoughts, try replacing them with unique beauties in life. It might take some time, but I have faith in you.

    All the time I had intrusive thoughts. I believe in manifestations so I was more and more afraid of my thoughts. I have tried many methods. It helped me. intrusive thoughts almost disappeared. They don't scare me. They no longer have the power. I changed my way of thinking and seeing myself. You saved me, thank you 💗

These thoughts have absolutely NO power so as long as you are aware of that you know that they can never manifest. Also affirming ‘only good things manifest’ gave me comfort too as the more you affirm the more you start to believe! Hope that helps 🥺💜

    ive used this subliminal to help me with ocd for over a year & i swear it works like magic! i’ve been diagnosed with ptsd, but recently i’ve been thinking i might need an ocd diagnosis too because i’ve been suffering from a lot of the sexual intrusive thoughts/compulsions for over a year now. in the past i’ve had other subtypes of ocd, but i never questioned it because i thought everyone else experienced the same thing. thank you for this! i don’t know if i’d ever feel sane again if i never found this video.

    Update: it’s been a few weeks and my thoughts are weakening each and every day with some intense moments where they feel so real. But I feel like I can function more and do stuff that I enjoy doing without thoughts invading my mind. So things are great! My intrusive thoughts used to be constant but now they come and go every few hours! So that’s a great sign. I feel like I have a negative entity trying to destroy my soul and turn me into a bad person but I’m going to win!

    I am an empath and hsp. I often make my own made events in my mind mostly negative and in those memories I feel like I'll be left alone, misunderstood or scolded by someone.     No joking, this is working! I'm radiing a book and listening to that. I felt the need to sleep, my mind is calm, my body feels so relaxed. Amazing. Thank you 💓
    My thoughts are like I've opened the trash bin of the Matrix. Total nonsense flow of thoughts and even visuals in my head. And really loud sometimes. They scare me and make my anxiety really bad. But recently I'm way better. This started to happen maybe 1.5 year ago. I was thinking I got psychosis or schizophrenia. I still don't know what's wrong with me. Hope you people won't laugh , but a week ago I've realized that the router is under my bed on the level of my head and it's been there for years. And I somehow feel this can be a reason. I'm not a 5G propagandists, but we also carry energy and frequency that might be disturbed.

      And I'm definitely not laughing at you about the router. I'm not sure about conspiracies either, but I'm always cautious about not keeping electronics of any kind too close to my face and head over long periods of time. We really don't know the long term effects all these devices may have on on bodies. I hope you can find a better place for your router, or maybe even move your bed if necessary.       @@kylehill9121 hey :). Its called false memory OCD. I had it, now I have more of a health anxiety. It will pass. Try to just observe the toughts and don't react to it. It will lessen. Never try to figure it out.

      I worry about this too sometimes but just remember you are in control of yourself. your thoughts are not yours you are just the observer of them I would like to think the universe and its divine light would not let us manifest out intrusive thoughts and I am the universe as are you! so if we don't want them to manifest let's hope they never will :)

    I find that listening to this kind of stuff and playing with bubbles really helps me calm myself down! I’ve tried so many things before this like eating and blasting music in my headphones but none of them work like this does! Thank you, I most often have these thoughts at night and can’t sleep so this makes the thoughts go away as well as makes me relaxed enough so I can sleep!😊❤️

    Day 10 update - I had intrusive thoughts on last eve and wasn't able to focus on prayers, heard in morning (hearing since 10 days) all intrusive thoughts disappeared in few mins, I did prayers and happy again, I feel energetic again, and happy too, thank you Rebecca god bless you and your family 🙏☺

      @@30MinuteMindset thank you very much for making this! My thoughts that I have started not too long ago and as each day went by they got progressively worse and worse. Using this, I am able to not have an anxiety attack over them and I am able to stay calm and even sometimes forget them so thank you!

    I have been fighting continuous obsessive negative thoughts for a past month. Lately I’ve been seeing 1111 and saw 11:11 this morning. Realized that it is a message for me to stop fighting and get back into meditation. Then your channel popped up!
    I’ve been listening to this for about an hour and a half. More I listen I feel very peaceful. Thank you so much. Namaste✨🙏

    🌸🌸I will listen to this over night while sleeping! Subliminals/ positive affirmation audios always helps me with everything! I’m to happy to find this one because I’ve been thinking about things from the past that upset me to the point my heart starts to pound out my chest.. that’s so not normals!

    I don’t know if I have ocd but I’m definitely an anxious person, and I have been really suffering from intrusive thoughts lately. They are so weird, they are all in my head and they make me question every little thing in my reality. Literally every little thing. Even things that seem obvious to everyone and seemed obvious to me a couple days ago.. and I’m so scared that I will lose touch with reality or go crazy.. I just want to live life like a normal person. And stop questioning everything.

    Highly effective I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and this helped me put a quick stop to some harassing delusions I have been having for the last 2 months they litterers appeared and disappeared in minutes compared to the usual 2-5hours

    This video has saved my life. I can sleep, I feel safe in my own mind and yes sometimes the thoughts can take over sometimes but Ive been more able to just rest and be peaceful even though before I was obsessing about my thoughts 24/7

    i have been trying to listen to this with intrusive thoughts in my head. they feel fucking scary, as if they're telling you that you are something you are actually not. first time that i've been experienced this, and it's getting out of hand. i almost get myself stabbed because of these disgusting and nasty thoughts. but i hope i'll get better soon.

      Yeah, I relate to this. Honestly, its ok to reach out for help. Even though it seems it might not be. Its brave and could help.
