I love this!!!! This is the second day doing this meditation and I feel so calm inside, with a knowing, that everything is in perfect time and order. We simply don't have to try so hard, just allow. What a huge relief! ( ) Big hugs!!!!

Such a powerful awareness - "We simply don't have to try so hard" Yes! We always make it so much harder, don't we?! Silly humans we are. 😆
Once one expands into the heart, something profound happens. You open other hearts, this can be daunting at first, but if one relaxes and replenishes from the soul, one realizes one is every soul.
You are limitless, beyond form, beyond labels and ideals. Far more beyond everything.
