- The Kuala Lumpur High Court has allowed an application by former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to appear as the second putative respondent in a judicial review application filed by the Malaysian Bar relating to his royal pardon.
With the leave, Najib, who is represented by his lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah, could respond and argue in the ex-parte application by the Bar.

Why waste time. The Judge should just throw out this application like how they threw out the application to review Zahid Hamidi's case.
Remind them that this is the King's decision. People should not invoke the 3R issues. King Anwar already pardoned Najib and released Zahid. Malaysia should not question King Anwar's decisions. He is King of Malaysia. He can do whatever he wants.
