- The High Court in Kuala Lumpur has dismissed Datuk Seri Najib Razak's application for leave to commence judicial review over his claims of a royal addendum order by the former King that would allow him to serve the remainder of his jail sentence under house arrest.
High Court judge Justice Amarjeet Singh made the decision on Wednesday (July 3).

The Agong cannot unilaterally add-on to the pardon that has been decided by Pardon Board, and the Agong shall act on the advice of the Board. Therefore the so called addendum (to the Pardon) is unenforceable legally.
