Screwed Up Arcade Machine

When those arcade machines are getting to that age where the screen deteriorates.

I had no idea they could actually do that. I remember last Christmas season I went to an expensive clothes store in an outdoor outlet mall in our area and they had a Pac Man machine inside to my surprise.

I doubt it’s just the caps. Arcade CRT’s aren’t like consumer grade CRT’s & even then consumer grade CRT’s also needed some fine tuning with potentiometers
