I have Panasonic 1.5 ton 5 star AC HU18 model , The power consumtion depends on your area , humidity , room size and position, also another factor is the outdoor unit pe kitni dhoop padti hai. Mai 26 pe auto pe Raat bhar chalata hu and 3 unit kharch hota hai . 15 hrs pe ye lagbhag 7-10 unit leta hai depen karta ki outside temp kaisa hai.
Tip-
1. Use auto mode 26 is best temp
2. use seep profiles from Mirae
3. try to use convertible mode at night
Mirae app ka aur smart plug ka reading same hain kya?
During the day ,when It was 36 degrees outside,I turned on the same ac at 27 ,with 40 percent capacity and fans and swing at auto,it cooled my room quite well,but I had a foul taste in my throat,idk if it's the high temperature or what,same ac is fine at 26 at night when I sleep keeping it on,what could be the issue?
Even I feel this...
This usually happens when the compressor stops ac doesn't blow cooled air.
There's another issue when compressor stops, there is cracking noise from the indoor unit.(kat kat something like this)
I noticed these issues specifically when compressor stops
@@NikhileshP1008 the first time I kept it on 28 °c, the above issue occurred, after that I kept it in cool mode and in 28°c as the temp here is bearable not hot ,I have no issues now

Please check the room temparature while you set the ac to 29 ℃ .
Conditions :
1) out door trmparature 31- 33℃
2) If the ac over cooled to 27℃ while you set this on 29℃.
3) if it make you feel hot i.e. 31℃ while the compressor stopped and running on blower only (30 watt mode).
Please test the perametes.

28-30 is enough in high heat zones in India. If it's a low heat zone then only 24 is good.

@@shreyasmadiwale1249 More ambient temperature means you can set temperature to 28-30℃. Not the other way around. If the ambient temperature was 32-33℃ then it would have been better to put the temperature in 24-25℃. It's all about the difference in temperature between the ambient and AC temperature. For better health, more energy saving and less energy wastage, the difference should be around 10°. Could be 15° Max difference if the temperature reaches 42-43℃ to 45℃.

@@virendrajuyal4058 Why I would waste energy, harm my body, burn more units by keeping such a low temperature where 28-30 is just enough. Also more expensive ACs do not need to run at low temperature as they have better quality compressors and blowers. Only cheap ACs need less temperature to keep the room comfortable.
