This review is "no use to me", I'm trying to weatherproof a flat concrete canopy on an Art Deco house that has defeated everyone for 60 years, I need to see the character of what is sprayed? Does it have enough substance to allow tiles to be stuck to it to further weatherproof it? Or is it just a very thin liquid which could as easily be painted on? (Speaking of using two or three coats was helpful, thank you)
It looks like clear dried glue when dry, designed for slight gaps in metal etc, wouldnt be able to stick tiles on it, sounds like you need a builder to pour some sort of resin all over the roof to waterproof it, beyond the scope of this DIY home owner product.
@@ecopennylife Thank you :) The weird thing is that SELLEYS ROOF & GUTTER was recommended to me by the technical support team at "SELLEYS" this morning, they made no mention that it was a spray. I had very specifically stressed the importance of being able to glue tiles to whatever they recommended, as mentioned this leaky flat concrete canopy has defeated everyone for 60 years: so I'm very much back at the drawing board. Again thank you for your considered reply :)
Have you got a success story using this Selleys product?
Thank you for the video. I’m going to try this tomorrow. I’ll let you know how it goes! Great instructions!
@@shell0653 thanks for watching 🤟
@ worked when I tested it with the hose. Need to wait for rain now :D thanks again

thanks for your great effort, for me it would have been good to see it sprayed, so i can see the viscosity and the color, thanks anyway
Thanks for watching, sprayed parts are semi-clear with a waxy appearance, it was hard to spray & film on ladders & rooftops 😉
