Leaving a comment here to make sure you level your keypad before putting in the adhesive 😂. Also, it is very strong and once you lock in the keypad, it is really difficult to remove. You'll need a mallet to get it off the hooks to replace the battery
Why the f*CK does the battery plate require a tool to open? Surely nobody in their right mind is looking to steal the most uncommonly used CR123A batteries needed for the keypad and lock. I couldn't get mine open with the included white triangular pick; I had to get a flat head screwdriver.
I bought 2 locks and a touch keypad because supposedly it is possible to control the 2 locks with a single keypad. After installing the locks and the keypad on the same door, it is not possible to configure the Dual Lock since in the lock app it appears disabled... on both. How is this function activated?

Looks great. Is it integrated with Athom Homey smarthome?
It is but just reporting battery and lock/unlock status and being able to lock/unlock.

I came here to see if I was the only one. Thanks.
@@7DaysRando Crap, I also have this issue. It looks like I am not alone. Still looking for a solution.
This way of mount makes it useless in apartments cause everyone can take it off the wall.
Mine has been stolen at midnight when we are out of town.
