DIY: Mermaid Crown Tutorial (Chelseasflowercrowns Inspired)

Extremely awestruck and inspired the moment I saw Chelsea's Flower Crowns on Instagram!
Her feed is BEAUTIFUL and she's selling her beautiful mermaid crowns, and you can actually purchase them from her!

Anyway, here's my take on a Mermaid Crown on a budget!
Spent about $45 in total with quite a bit of excess craft materials.
My crown definitely isn't perfect, I've got lots of dried up glue hanging around here and there on the crown, but it's alright for a first attempt I guess haha!

So i did it and it keeps falling foward on my 3 year old. Way ro heavy and the headband fit her well. Any advise?
