Spraying/soaking the leather sheath with Ballistol would help neutralize some of the acidity of the leather to limit/eliminate corrosion. Have had to do that with a cheap knife/sheath before.
I own a lot of high end knives, but still love Cold Steel products. Really good quality at great prices. I'll give one of these a shot to touch up serrations.
You probably already know this. The long grove running the whole length of the sharpener can be used for items like fishhooks or for custom fine items that you normally wouldn’t sharpen or can’t with traditional sharpeners
I like the fact that sharpening suppliers are offering products for serrated blades. But if we just think about the core basic principles of sharpening, which is removing stock to create a new edge. We can use files, micro diamond file sets, Rotary tool abrasives etc.
@Last best tool. Slip joint pliers for nuts, with side cutters, Good quality brand and compact for EDC. Any suggestions? I would use them in combination with my knipex pliers wrench. I can specify if you see this comment and are interested. Keep up the good work

The WorkSharp Angle Set knife sharpener comes with a small tapered ceramic cone that works absolutely perfect for serrations
Ks… knife sharpener?
Just a guess lol
Do you recall the brand name on the automatic deploy sharpener that looks like a knife. Thanks for all your videos, I really appreciate your efforts.
