Agree. If an officer does not approach your vehicle, and gives you commands on a PA (external speaker) you are on a Felony stop. Do as the officer instructs, if your innocent you can straighten it out after the officers take control of the scene. During routine traffic stops, put your car in park, turn on interior light at night, put your hands on steering wheel, passengers hands on dash, rear passengers hands on top of front seats, keep doors locked, roll down your window about 2 inches.
