This is the Signal Corps film used in newsreel. This copy at the National Archives did not include sound. The National Archives has thousands of reels of film from the war, and the newsreel version of this film with sound probably exists somewhere, but it's not like looking up a book in the card catalog in a library. And it costs a lot of money to have a copy of a NARA film made, so it's not something that is free. Even if you knew the exact identity of a film reel, it could cost $500+ to get a digital video copy of the film. So if you can find the sound version of this film, put it up on RUclips because I sure would like to view it!
I've seen these same clips in a newsreel with the original sound. Was there no sound with this?
