Where is the space for the crowd of people entering and leaving. Previous leaders put the stadiums near 95 for a reason! No amount of money or jobs can make space for the sheer volume of people and cars after a game with other events going around in cc. Assuming everyone is sober. How is Chinatown gonna thrive when you turn it into a parking spot. How are you working with Chinatown leaders when they’ve been adamant they don’t want it. How are you gonna be so ignorant to say “we aren’t doing anything to Chinatown, we’re doing something ADJACENT to Chinatown”. Ask the neighborhoods next to the stadium district how much stadiums affect their neighborhood. I guarantee it’s a huge factor to what will be built and sold in Chinatown. And the access to retail on market east comment makes literally no sense. The building they are demolishing is a SHOPPING MALL which was literally built to revitalize retail spaces and did fuvk all. And no duh the occupancy payments are double wat any arena has had bc Philly hasn’t built an arena since ‘03. She is unbelievable fake. Please make her a 1 term mayor
