Great vlog dear but my one advice to you and all the people who want to go there or any tiger reserve would be that dont go there just to see the tiger only. Go with a mindset to enjoy the overall wildlife, if u just wanna see a tiger u can go to a zoo. But the main motive to come to a jungle should be to enjoy the overall feel of jungle and appreciate each and every animal u see😊
You have really presented Dhikala in a thorough way with all details. And I can completely understand the happiness which is evident in your smile after you spotted Paro and her cubs. I have been to Dhikala twice and Bijrani zone 4 times, without any luck. I actually got the first sighting of the beautiful feline in Ranthambore and that too on my first ever visit there. Wonderful shots and a great job. Keep it up.

Yeah ! But there is a lot of effort, time & background work involved in coming up with such videos. Just a recommendation .. try to plan a trip for more than a day. Spending 2-3 days increases the probability of sightings plus helps us understand the area, behaviour of animals etc.
Nice video. Only one advice. Next time you go for a safari do not wear bright colours. They tend to attract/dispel animals the wrong way. Ideally avoided. 🙂

I had no idea that this safari park has spotted deers and Royal Bengal tigers of the Sundarbans ! You are very lucky to catch the shots of the rare activities of the tiger family.I saw a new animal at 9:10 - 9:29 that does not look like deer ( grey coloured) and not even goat. Do you know the name of this animal ?

For people staying inside Dhikala FRH, Jeep Safari is already included 2 times a day ! And when you report at your jeep, check with them for car parking option.

hey i have booked accomodation in gairal in dhikala zone cause dhikala main was not available I m going there on 18 feb i want to ask that should we book safari too or we will get that there only?
What time you went ? We went in December, could not spot a single tiger even after 4 Safaris in Bijrani, Jhirna & Dhela range. Better chance of spotting in May I heard.
We went there in Mid Feb! This is from Dhikala Zone.. We also heard that May is good for sighting.. we were planning for Bijrani in May, But now due to lockdown plans are postponed ! .. You can contact the tour operator in description & contact them and provide our reference. They will arrange a better trip for you & take you to the best zones for tiger spotting ! Though Dhikala & Bijrani are the best zones for tiger spotting !
@@SavvyFernweh Only Dhikala is better. Other zones Bijrani and Jhirna are good. But water holes are less. Dhikala having more water holes and Ramganga reservoir, more number of animals. In summer its more suitable. Last time we missed Dhikala. Also due to cold winter and rain that time, we could not spot a tiger who would not come out of resting place to drink water. Its a matter of luck also.

@@SavvyFernweh Another thing is better to stay inside forest guesthouse. Taking jeeps from outside hotels reduces time to see the jungle by 15/20 mins. Also forest guest house adds to the experience. Was able to see tiger in Ranthambore forest though in October end, 2019. But from a very far distance :(

What time you went ? We went in December, could not spot a single tiger even after 4 Safaris in Bijrani, Jhirna & Dhela range. Better chance of spotting in May I heard.
We went there in Mid Feb! This is from Dhikala Zone.. We also heard that May is good for sighting.. we were planning for Bijrani in May, But now due to lockdown plans are postponed ! .. You can contact the tour operator in description & contact them and provide our reference. They will arrange a better trip for you & take you to the best zones for tiger spotting !
Though Dhikala & Bijrani are the best zones for tiger spotting !
@@SavvyFernweh Only Dhikala is better. Other zones Bijrani and Jhirna are good. But water holes are less. Dhikala having more water holes and Ramganga reservoir, more number of animals. In summer its more suitable. Last time we missed Dhikala. Also due to cold winter and rain that time, we could not spot a tiger who would not come out of resting place to drink water. Its a matter of luck also.

@@SavvyFernweh Another thing is better to stay inside forest guesthouse. Taking jeeps from outside hotels reduces time to see the jungle by 15/20 mins. Also forest guest house adds to the experience. Was able to see tiger in Ranthambore forest though in October end, 2019. But from a very far distance :(
