Thank you for posting this, it brought back some wonderful memories of my trips there in the 80s. I would never have imagined back then that I would now be able to shoot stills and film with the same camera! Every frame was a precious resource then. I must go back!
Serengeti.. probably the planets finest example of varied and exciting and important mammal wildlife. An intense and life changing experience that has been conserved and protected by Tanzania Perhaps Luangwa and Okavango are similar. I commend all who have worked to keep these ecosystems conserved
This is awesome! Such amazing footage from you as always, Roxy, and just wonderful to see you and Corinne enjoying such an amazing time on Safari. Love and hugs to you both ☺️🙏🏼💚
Greetings from Northern California (U.S.A) Great Video!, I'm very impressed with how you're able to shoot with the Z9 and Z 400 tc 2.8 Lens, I have that setup, and I have to admit, it has some serious weight to it, you'll have to let me know where you purchased the skin for your Z9 and Z 400tc Lens, the look perfect together. Can't wait to see your next Video, this was an absolute Joy to see You and your Sister out on Safari. :)
So peaceful and awesome and awesome video. This is definitely very appealing since yall had the tours very private, much better than going with in a vehicle full of people
Thank you!! For sharing this Awesome beautiful video Wild life is so Espectacular you girls are so lucky to experience live and see the beautiful Sky just Perfect .👋👏
Oh my God for sure Serengeti did not disappoint you, i liked the moment at last when the herd of elephants had to collaborate to chase away the lions. Any we are waiting for you here in Rwanda as well. Much love
Yes that was very cool to see. They didn’t try to chase the lions, the lions ran out the bush as soon as the elephants got close, but that spooked the elephants as they weren’t aware they were there before that, so then they huddled together to protect one another in case :)
We really enjoyed your video! We are in the process of planning a trip to Tanzania for 12 days this coming October. I am looking forward to your next video describing the behind the scenes of your safari VLOG. I have looked for it and hope I haven't missed it.
I love this channel! I wish wildlife travel/spotting was bigger than it is but at the same time I suppose it's good that there aren't too many people disturbing the world's wildlife! You have to stay at the Little Bison Resort owned by Shaaz Jung who's a Nat Geo photographer and a Nikon Ambassador too!
Amazing! you look like you had so much fun! Also, you and your sister look so much alike! In that first shot, I thought it was just an april fools where you just recorded yourself twice and stitched it together. One thing though, idk if its just me but Safari seems interesting to me until I thnk about the fact that its just riding around in a jeep on a preset trail the same are millions of other people have seeing the same animals in the same setting. Idk why but it just loses all its sense of adventure and intrigue for me instantly. I'd want to be in the backcountry alone, or with a small group trying to capture images that are unusual.
Safari is totally magical if you go to the right place. If you go to somewhere like the Serengeti, it’s over 14700km2 - it’s humungous! Not like a tiny private game reserve. You can drive for hours and see nothing but then you find something and you could be the only vehicle in sight. Having an encounter with a truly wild animal and no one else around. It’s beyond amazing
