It's either the best, or the worst, depending on what themes and tropes you have a preference for, because it was in a very different vein than the rest of them.
The Rock is absolutely ridiculous in those films.

Fast and furious films are awful, juvenile drivel, just a load of noise , imitation exhaust sounds, oh dear a dreadful franchise of absolute shit, a waste of Paul Walkers undoubted talent. As bad a the Rocky films, note to directors....Please stop after 1 , 1 is plenty, in fact sometimes 1 is too much. Car movies just don't work, as they fake everything about them, for instance, American cars don't corner, they just well....Crash! The roaring screeching noise is as fake as Pamela Andersons war chest!
