Yes WWE 2K22 and the latest game WWE 2K23 have all the legends you can think of. All you need to do is go to the COMMUNITY CREATIONS section of the game and search the wrestler's name you want and different versions will show up as a result. There are some in the game itself like Jake the Snake, Vader, Roddy Piper etc. Others like Barbarian, Warlord, Hercules, Texas Tornado will be found on Community Creations.
I don’t go based off the actual rumbles back in the day. I alter the entrants intentionally to who I wanted to see in the rumble. However, a new 1992 rumble is dropping soon with the actual entrants from back in the day.
