We still have a Santro in our family and have no complains. The engine is peppy. I get decent milage even after 21 years.
We have this car for 13 years. 😅 It has never broke down in road till now

And to be honest with you, our family owned this Santos Zip Drive in 2001. It's our first family car, and till 2018, this car proved its reliability, Hyundai proved its after-sales service, and by combining all these factors we can crack that why hyundai is still flourishing in Indian market.

We are proud owner of Santro Zip Plus from 2002....Recently added Safari 2.0 in garage but not able to replace Santro due to emotional connection...Still running it in local city.

We still have our 2001 santro zip drive, that car completes its 24 yrs soon. Still its have same grunt in its engine. Such a lovely reliable machine

Hyundai Santro was called Hyundai Atos which is based on "A-to-Z".
European tall boy design wali first car is Hyundai Santro, second one is Maruti Suzuki Ritz _(It's called Suzuki Splash, since it splashes all of negative vibes out of people, outside India and Opel Agila in Europe since it's agile)._
You can see the curving up edges of C-pillars of Hyundai Atos _(ones sold outside India)_ just like that of Maruti Ritz, and both the cars bear the similar Christmas tree tail lights _(unlike the Hyundai Santro in India)._
You can see the "gloomy" face of both these cars, but both cars are high as well as fun to drive.

Mene santro xing cng bhi rakhi he or wagonr cng bhi, wagonr bahot halki car he m, kafi stability issues he high speed pe, but low maintenance or achi average deti he, drive quality bhi achi he, but xing ka jawab nahi he high speed par bhi great grip on road with great control over car, average m was very less in santro if compared with wagonr because of its weight, xing was far heavy than wagonr n drive quality of xing will blow your mind, mene dono car 1.5 lakh km chala kar bechi thi, santro ka 1.5 lakh km par bhi original clutch tha, xing hamesha dil ke bahot close rahegi, aj bhi road pe xing dikhti he to memories recall ho jati he, xing ke chakkar me mene i20 leli, car achi he but xing ka jawab nahi tha.
