Ford UK x Plan UK: Girls Takeover

Meet Tatiana, a 21-year-old mechanical engineering student, as she took on the role of Chief Engineer, held by Andrew Brumley at Ford UK.
Watch to see how she connected with Ford apprentices and leaders of Ford’s STEM outreach programs. Tatiana also provided valuable insights on how to improve outreach efforts to encourage more girls and young women to pursue STEM careers. In addition, she actively participated in a senior engineering meeting, helping to troubleshoot a live issue.
