This and the Explorer are just full of fail. It’s not even a proper Ford, it’s just a VW Id platform with a different exterior body. It’s also a very dull design, the public expected something much better than this for the Capri badge. This car isn’t going to sit well in the UK market, just take a look at comments on car review channels and sites, it’s a 90% negative reception!
Who will buy this car, I just don't see the demographic for it, it not a coupe so those familiar with the original probably won't buy it, i doubt it will appeal to young people as its more of a family SUV, a big fail.

Perhaps showing pictures of the attractive, aspirational old Capri alongside the anodised blob that is the new Capri wasn't a good idea.

If only someone at Ford had suggested bringing back an 80's Capri, design and all, the order books would already be full up!, Instead, this junk!
